I have been going to this place for almost a decade. They get a new system and charged me $25 to clean a dress because it had a few beads. They didnt tell me this when I dropped them off, like I would expect any place to tell you when you drop off clothes, especially if it will cost more than the $4 it cost to clean a dress. So I expressed my concern and all the guy said was the new system charges different now than the old one. This dress before never cost $25 and Ive gotten it cleaned several times so he said I just got lucky those times but the new system charges the correct prices. Because he did not give me credit back on my credit card for the dress (I would have paid $6 but not $25) then e lost my decade long business. But you could tell he is all business and ZERO customer service! Do not use this place if you want to be screwed by prices AFTER they actually do the work!

My husband and I have been getting our clothes cleaned here for a couple of years without a problem. Until now. I dropped off one of my favorite dresses to have it cleaned so I could take it on a cruise. The dress came back damaged. I took it back to them and the lady at the front desk told me that the manager would call me. No one called me. Three weeks later, I went back to the store. The lady at the front desk tried to give me my damaged (re-cleaned) dress. When I pointed out the damage (again), she said they could give me $20 store credit. I said no. She told me the manager would call me by 5pm that day. A week has gone by, and there has been no call.

I LOVE this place. Very professional, the staff is always super nice & they work with whatever you need! My washer & dryer had broke and I work early mornings ... I dropped in unnoticed about 8:45 am asking if they could wash my work uniform and have it done by 10:45 am.. (I called 5 dry cleaners before & all told me no) That is not a service they offer.... They did!! I use them daily now! Thank yall so much!!!!

Took my $200 diaper bag in to be cleaned. It turned out pretty good. But when I first went to pick it up, the girl couldnt find my bag. The manager was too busy to see me. Came back 3 days later and it took a while to find my bag. However, they lost the strap to the bag! The manager never called back like he said and didnt apologize, say theyll find or replace it. Very short with me and not helpful.

They lost 8 of my shirts. They found them 2 days later but when I went to pick up I noticed a bunch of black specs inside the plastic bag. They tried to wipe them off and then offered to rewash. They said it was little pieces from the conveyor where they hang for pick up. Staff was not helpful and said no manager available. I received a refund for 2 shirts and will NEVER be back!!

Poor service, dry cleaned a comforter and didnt get it back for a week and a half when they said they would have it done in three days, I had to go back three time!! Plus, now they put these bar coded stickers on your shirts that dont come off, branded right on there. So now I have these stickers on my expensive shirts!! Absolutely terrible!!

After years of using them, I will sadly be taking my business elsewhere. I have had to explain certain important account changes to them four times now and am tired of the repeated issues. They have always been friendly - I blame the new technology they started using more than anything.

I tried calling them and they just blow me off. The manager said hed call me back and he never did. I dont know what happened to my pants. Did they just walk out? They did not give me any common courtesy. Customer service is very poor. I would not recommend them at all.

I am new to the area and I am very pleased with the price, quality of wash, and speed of this place! My white comforter was washed amazingly and returned to me like it was brand new again! Clean place, convenient drive-thru, and very nice staff. Highly recommend!
