Just moved back to the area. Tried another, unnamed, dry cleaners located off of Swisher and was very disappointed. I saw the Comet location and thought I would give them a try. Dropped my bag of clothes off. The young lady at the counter was friendly and professional. Went back to pick them up a few days later and was treated like a king. The young lady thanked me for my business and then offered to carry my laundry/dry cleaning to my car! I was shocked and blown away that she would even offer! Then comes the best part, I go to put a pair of pants on the next morning and discover that the button over the left rear pocket that had been missing for at least 6 months was replaced! Mind you, this pant had been through my old dry cleaners at least 30 times and was never repaired! I cant wait to go back and discover what they will do next to blow me away!

SIX STARS. Every business owner should pay this place a visit to observe the very best in customer service. I have recently moved to the area and have never seen a dry cleaner this well organized in my life. On my first visit, the owner greeted me and gave me a tour of the facility! The staff are all uniformed in blue golf shirts and khaki shorts and they are extremely friendly. Drive up service. Off-hours drop offs. If you decide to try this place, you will be hooked. As far as pricing is concerned, it is half the amount I paid in North Carolina.

Most expensive dry cleaners in town and their service doesnt warrant it. They made a decision without notifying me. I had requested to have 2 shirts laundered and they dry cleaned them instead and charged me over $10 to do so. I talked to the manager and she was a matter of fact about it. We tried giving them another shot but when my husband went to the store with more of our shirts, one of the employees was less than friendly. We have never had so much trouble with a dry cleaner before and will not be using them any more.

Took my clothes to this cleaners because they advertised $2.19 per shirt and I pass it on my way to work. Gave them about 14 shirts to get done. They made a decision without notifying me. Apparently some of my shirts have some spandex in them and they decided to dry clean them without notifying me. They ended up charging me $54. UPDATE: The owner called and rectified the situation. He issued me a refund for the inconvenience. He was very kind and explained the situation. Clothes looked great. Will be coming back for sure.

This is by far the best cleaners I have ever been to. I wear suits daily and have been dry cleaning all of my suits and shirts for over 7 years. I have tried several different places due to convenience but no one comes close to this place. Their customer service is off the charts. The owner is almost always there and he is awesome. They deliver and pick up my dry cleaning from my door step twice a week! You seriously cant beat this cleaners. If there ever is an issue of any kind, the owner will personally take care of you.

I have tried others but I come back. Very friendly, friendly and on time. I am very picky about some of my clothes and they take care of me. If you leave somthing in your pockets they save it for you and repair loose buttons with out having to be told. They always remember my name. They take pride in their business and you can tell.

Super fast service. So easy to pick up your clothes on the way out to the highway- literally takes a minute and a half (or less ) to pick up or drop off. Ill be going here again for sure.
