Terrible experience - tried them vs my long time Flower Mound cleaner for convenience. Was asked to come back because their "systems were updating." I needed my clothes today and was not provided any other options. After asking if there was anything they could do, the manager tried my credit card (without giving me a total) on a computer in the back (I guess all "systems" werent updating). When I asked for the total, I clarified if the 25% coupon I provided him the previous day was applied. At first he said it only applied to dry cleaning, not laundered shirts. He then tried to blame one of his workers and said "she" didnt enter it right.(There was no discount provided to the dry cleaning portion either, so he simply forgot. Mistakes happen, just apologize and own them.) Finally, he told me "next time." I told him there would not be a next time due to their complete lack of customer service and prices. He then proudly told me "We are not a discount dry cleaner." They are clearly not a customer oriented dry cleaner either. Also, if they are so proud of not being "discount," they should not send out "discount" coupons to try to entice new business.
