I walked in and noticed the sign on the door for same day pickup if dropped off before 9:30 a.m. great, its Saturday and I need it Monday morning. The lady finally comes around the corner to the desk, asked me my name and number, I give her the garment and told her I will be back after 4. She says that I just missed the cutoff time and it will be ready Monday by 5pm. I took the garment back to the car, my car clock read by this time 9:29 and it is 2 minutes fast. Reminds me of how Blockbuster (a store that use to rent movies that were encoded on some sort of magnetic tape encased in a large black box, kids ask your parents) would charge a late fee for dropping off the rental 3 minutes before close. First time impression, last time to visit. I rolled on down to Peters Dry Cleaning, dropped it off there and picked it up a little after 4. Thats the way to do business! If you declare it, do it!

Never again. While 1" ink stain on upholstery was nearly removed, the stain bled onto two additional 1" spots while in their possession. Not satisfied with an increase in stain area, I said that "more stain area is worse than a smaller stain area." I was told that "it depends on how you look at it." The absentee owner informed her staff that they should charge me an additional fee as they incorrectly charged me the first time. "Best" must be the owners last name?
