Stay away from this place!!! Terrible owner/customer service. I spend almost 75-100 a month in alterations and dry cleaning for 2 years straight. I had them alter a pair of slacks up 1 inch and they only lasted 1 month and started falling apart. I told the owner nicely he just charged me for this and said no problem. Went to pick them up and he charged me again to alter them. I told him politely he just did them and then began laughing at me and said I was a child. What kind of business owner does this!!!??? I told him he needs to make it right and continued laughing at me and said nothing lasts forever. I then one more time told him he is about to lose my business for good over $5.00. He said I dont know how to run a business and I needed to leave. Never never again. Not only is it morally wrong what he did but WOW. I myself run a corporate business and would be fired if I ever treated a customer like this.

Beware!!!!!They have lost my laundry and say that I have already picked up but I have not picked up my laundry... I wanted to wait while they continue to search but she told me that Im wasting their time and they are busy. She treated me as if I am being dishonest. I would not recommend them to anyone! Terrible terrible customer service! They have not followed up with me as promised. My laundry is gone!!! Beware of Mustang Cleaners!!!! **update** they called me last week (3 weeks since I reported missing laundry)and said they gave my laundry to wrong person and waiting in that customer to return my laundry. They promised my laundry to be returned to me within a week. I just called a no laundry! Very frustrated!!

I havent had the best experience with this cleaner but its so close to my work. As soon as I found out it was under new management, I decided to give it another chance! And Im glad I did! Their prices are very reasonable now and their quality of work is top notch. The owner and his employees are very kind and courteous and really cares about their work. Im so glad I can come back here for my dry cleaning needs!

1 star is one too much for this place. Terrible service, always popping off buttons without replacement and quite frankly poor work quality. If you ever have an issue with something they do for you dont expect anything out of them or for them to own up to their mistake. They dont value their customers and they are greedy as hell. BAD business. They wont be seeing me anymore.

After a bad experience at another dry cleaner, I vowed never to go to another dry cleaning place again. However, due to a promotion at work and me needing a wardrobe change, I had to take a chance and I am glad I did! The owner was so friendly and helpful. They got my clothes clean and feeling new in no time. The prices are also reasonable. I will definitely be back.

Great service! The owner knows exactly how I like my clothes and Ive never had a problem with them. If you drop off before 9am, your clothes will be ready after 5 the same day. So convenient for me because I can could come in before work and pick it up on the way home. I would highly recommend this cleaners. They do honest work and it shows.
