I came in to see if I could have a zipper on a boot repaired. It could be repaired. I would have to prepay so I asked if the boot/zipper was not to my liking or the boot was in worse condition for some reason (maybe the dog chewed on it or peed on it as there were two dogs walking around freely in the building) when I picked it up a couple days later would I get a refund. She said no. So in other words I would be paying to have my boot messed up if that was the case. I do not believe that is how you do business. You dont tell customers that even if their item is returned to them in worse condition they still have to pay. I will not return to this establishment and I will tell who I know not to bring there business here.

I will never go here again. I came to pick up my shoes the day after I was told they would be ready, and they were de-soled, but not fixed. I was on my way to work and had dressed to match these shoes. Their solution was to lend me a dusty, slightly stained pair of ill-fitting shoes, and have my shoes ready in two more days. I came back in two more days, and they still werent done. At this point they actually laughed at me. Had they not already removed the soles I would have taken them at this point. They promised to have them the next day, and finally came through, although the workmanship is shoddy at best. Update - A week later the soles started coming off. Im getting them fixed somewhere else.

I would highly recommend A1 cleaners to anyone out there that care about their clothes! They really take care of their customers and the quality is awesome because the owners inspect everything that go out the door. They also do my shoes and alterations with the turn around time being really quick. I took my shoes to a shoe cobbler inside walmart once and they told me to come back in 3 weeks!! A1 cleaners did it for me in 4 days!! I am really petite and so I have to get everything altered, but I never worry cause Jennifer and her staff do a great job with the alterations. She makes it look custom made for me!!

These guys are the best dry cleaner from the mid cities. I have tried more than I care to remember and over the past seven months they have only missed a single stain and havent broken a single button. That may not seem like a big deal, but thats less than a single visit from everyone of the twenty something I have tried.

With consistent service and efficient cleaning, A-1 Cleaners is worth a look. Despite the small-sized facility, one can see the way they clean with a see-through window by the cash register. The cleaner also does measurements, sells and fixes shoes, and has a fitting room. Not too shabby!

They did an okay job with my dry cleaning and service was okay too. But the facility not very clean in fact pretty messy. The wooden steps had mold growing on it. The prices are pretty high for dress pants and jackets. I wont be using them again.

Took in a pair of hiking boots to have the soles reglued. They did a poor job, and two weeks later the soles came loose again. These people are incompetent. I will never go to them for shoe repair again.

Horrible cleaners- they lost my pants and then asked if I would pay still until they find them. I have called several times.... the pants only needed to be sewn up. Will never go here again
