I dropped off a white twin size mattress pad and one week later was called to to be told that they couldnt wash it but could dry clean it. I told them to go ahead. They told me they would call me when it was ready. Three weeks later with no call, I went to pick it up. When I did, they told me they never did anything to it and it was even dirtier from being on the floor. This is very poor and unprofessional service.

I have gone back up three times to get my clothes corrected, because they werent heavy starched employees didnt care about the mistake they made over and over again. Which was really frustrating because my time was wasted going up there for my clothes to be wrong again having to give them back to still not be corrected. I would recommend another place to get your dry cleaning done the correct way.

Ive been here once and needed a quick turnaround for a gown that had stains all on the bottom of the dress and they got it done. Dropped it off before they closed on Friday and picked it up around 3pm the next day. Dress looked as good as new. Ill be going back again.

Owner is always on Premises. They have ALWAYS had my clothes ready on time. Price for laundered shirts cant be beat. Use them 3 - 4 times per month for a year now. Recommend them highly.

Messed up one of my sport coats and denied that they did it! Offered no resolution whatsoever. Very bad customer service. Stay clear of this place. Will not be using again.

Just showed up here a couple minutes before 7 oclock and they already had their lights turned off the lady at the front desk looked at me but wouldnt open the door
