This place has NEVER gone over or above the "call of duty" for ANY customer in our 10 years of patronizing them. They wont even sew on a button when they find one missing! When you arrive to pick up your clothes, they make you feel like THEY are doing YOU a favor by laundering your clothes there. If you want an Average Job? THIS place is for You! Enjoy!

Bought brand new drapes from jcp.they werent cheap...just needed the wrinkles out of them..they faded them. Wont go back. Obviously they said it wadnt any thing they did..they dont answer their phone.will never use them again!!

Very poor service. Ruined the zipper on a pair of jeans and all the manager said was they arent responsible for zippers. Very poor customer service.

Had them dry clean my suit for church just pulled them out and put it on has spots all over it, wasnt even cleaned stay away!
