I was a customer of this location and have been for the last four years. I dropped off cleaning there every week during those four years. A couple of months ago they called and told me a shirt had a rip in the left arm but noticed it after they cleaned it so they were not sure when it happen. I talked to a girl there who knew me and she said she could give me a credit for the cost of the shirt. That was fine with me. I continued to drop off my cleaning each week. Last week I got a call from them stating three of my shirts had rips. When I got there they were all ripped in the same spot (left arm just below the elbow) and in the same direction and roughly the same size. The girl (a different one) stated she just pulled them out of the bag and noticed they were ripped. I stated they were not ripped when I put them in the bag and that this had happen before. She stated she pulled them out and they were ripped. I told her I knew they were not ripped when I dropped them off and it was odd they were all ripped in the same place the same way. She again stated the exact same thing. She was not going to say any more no matter houw long I talked to her. She did not offer any other options or even mention that she would talk to the manager. Maybe my $40.00 a week business is not much to them but add it up over the upcoming years and it does start to add up. If she would have just made even the slightest effort to see it from my side I may still be a customer of this business, but their short sightedness and deteriorating customer service has lost me for good.

I have been using this cleaners for 3 years. There have been several issues with items missing, being destroyed (especially the lining of my suits), and not being cleaned well. Last week, I took my coats in for cleaning. Two of the coats came back "so-so". I wasnt impressed, but it wasnt the end of the world. You get what you pay for-right? Wrong. The last coat, was in awful shape. It still had MY hair ( an obvious light brown hair on the shoulder), lint, and cat hair on it. All of this was easily removed with a lent roller. It appeared as if they buttoned it up and did not touch it. This is not a place you take your $400 JCrew winter coats or suites. Be careful.

These reviews are VERY misleading. I arrived at 6:59pm on Monday. Even though I showed up with my comforter a minute before closing time, I was still helped instead of turned away like most people would do just to go home. Since this was the only place available I took a risk considering the reviews it has. I just left from picking up my comforter. The owner was very nice and told me that it was so dirty he washed it twice. It smells very good now! I believe him that my comforter was very dirty since it has not been taken to the cleaner in a while. I know where Ill be sending my clothes in the future. Great location and close to home. Affordable as well.

We used this place for three years with odds and ends of issues, but they were close and relatively inexpensive.. The straw that broke the camels back was they brought out a pair of my husbands dress pants and they had a perfect, circular hole in the middle of the thigh, and they said that they were brought in that way. Which, of course they were not. The pants had gotten caught in their machine and punched a perfectly circular hole. They did not offer to pay for the pant, insisted they had been brought in that way, and we will not be going back. Dont use this place.

Never again. If they cant get my name correct after spelling it out. Unfortunately my wife did not have the receipt. I understand that it can be difficult to spell my name but if you cant get three letters right why would I trust them with my clothes. I even wear a name tag. Not to mention a phone number. Was told basically so sad to bad. Definitely a service I will not recommend. I deal with a lot of business professionals.

Been going there on and off for about 10 years. Facts to consider: its locally owned and run by mostly high school kids or recent grads and the turn over is fairly high. They do a large volume of business which enables them to continue to be the cheapest in west Frisco. Going in the store to pick up is faster than the drive thru.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! i have a better business bureau complaint #91330916 against them for ruining a silk shirt and suit jacket. Do not go here. They also broken buttons on my shirts (said it was me of course) and lost mine (they only admitted it when I showed them somone elses that came back in by load.

Horrible. They completely ruined 3 of my husbands work shirts. There are holes in the arm of both shirts where it looks like they were caught in a machine. I told them about it and they did nothing. Never going back.
