The manager was the one who handled my drop off on Friday around COB. She couldnt have been nicer as she explained why theyre in business, what products they use, how Zooms pricing worked, etc. She also told me that theyre eco-friendly, which is something that matters to me greatly. I received an e-mail on Monday morning saying my clothes were ready with an itemized list of everything in my drop-off. Great place!

Terrible experience! Theres this black guy that works in there that doesnt know what hes doing. Went in to have my pants hemmed and they hemmed them so far up that they flood. They couldnt even fix it and wouldnt give me my money back. Was told I would receive a Zoom bag with my purchase and never got one. The prices here are outrageously high. Save your money. Take your business elsewhere.

Visited them recently. Had a coupon that we got in mail. The check out person spent several minutes applying the coupon and charged the full amount (without letting us know) anyway. When we went back and asked for them to fix it, we were told by the girl on check out " we cannot open the drawer" and our manager (Limbaugh) will give you a call tomorrow. Never got a call or a refund!

I moved to Los Colinas a year and a half ago and started using Zoom Dry Cleaning. They provide quality work in a reasonable time frame and are super friendly. They know my name, always a hello when I come in, their drive up window is very quick. If you are looking for a new dry cleaners, give them a chance.
