Complete ripoff. Gave few shirts for laundry only. Came back to collect and found the bill higher than it should be. Asked and found that they have drycleaned a shirt. Never asked me before and never told me when I was about to pay. When asked just told me that they wont do laundry - and will only do dryclean that shirt. Called cops when I refused to pay - YES I AM SERIOUS!!! That shirt have been laundry (not drycleaned) many times before. This seems to be a standard ripoff procedure at this facility. Moreoever the latina lady that is at the shop is also very extremely rude.

This place ripped my shirt then tried to tell me because it wasnt pressed yet there was no way they could have ripped it. They didnt seem to understand that its possible to rip the shirt as they carelessly put it on their machines. Then to make matters worse they actually charged me for cleaning the shirt that they claimed they never attempted to clean. I had to go back to get my $1.35 just out of principal. I wont make this mistake again, Paragon Cleaners is right across the street.

I used to think that Macarthur Cleaners was a good place. That was until they gave me the wrong wedding dress. I had my European wedding dress cleaned there and came home with a different dress. I am beyond livid because we have another wedding here in the states. I am still waiting to see how they are going to resolve the issue. Either somone has my wedding dress and I have theirs or they totally F***Ked up my dress....

I have used MacArthur Cleaners for 10+ years. Ive had once incident in which they immediately paid for (upon cost proof) and Ive always received prompt courteous service and care for my clothes. I recommend them to anyone in the area. If you have questions, ask. They also offer a 40% discount on more than 3 dry cleaning items and Ive tried several "discount" chains in the area with terrible customer service.

The cleaners lost my pair of pants that I had dropped off. Bear in mind, I have been their loyal customer for a year. Needless to say, the owner said that it couldnt have been their mistake and refused to work anything out with me. Even her assistant manager kept giving me a different excuses every time I called. Im very dissapointed in them. Will never do business with them again.

Ive been coming to MacArthur cleaners for more than 10 years, so I have a bit more experience than someone that went once and had a bad experience. In the entire time Ive been going there I had ONE issue, that they pointed out and took prompt care of. Oh, tried Paragon a couple times, but went back to my reasonably priced and reliable MacArthur Cleaners.

My wife has used MacArthur Cleaners for the last 10 years and has come back even after moving to FM last summer. Hard to find dry cleaners that actually clean your clothes. Havent had any issues with lost clothing thankfully.
