DO NOT GO HERE! My boyfriend and I had been using Grand for over 2 years and until recently we thought it was pretty decent. I brought some shirts in to be dry cleaned before going out of town last week and the woman who took them from me told me I did not need a ticket (after I asked). When I came to pick up my items one of my shirts was missing. The woman could not have cared less. She stated that she would try to look for it but that it was "pretty messy" in their building and told me to speak to the manager. I called the manager repeatedly and he was never in the building. I even dropped by and left messages for him to call me. Finally I got ahold of him and he told me that I must have been mistaken on the number of items I dropped off. Really? He did not even apologize!! He suggested I check the bag (which was emptied when I packed for my trip) and then told me that I must be wrong. Save yourself from purchasing a new wardrobe and do not use Grand Dry Cleaners.

If you value your clothes, you will not take them to this dry cleaner! My husband had worn a $98 Tommy Bahama silk shirt one time and took it here to by dry cleaned. Obviously, they had never seen silk before and disregarded the fact that he told them to dry clean it and laundered it instead. Then on top of that they obviously spilled something on it and tried to get it out leaving several white spots. They gave it back to us without saying a word about it and when my husband took it back to them and showed them, they only offered him 4 times the cost of the dry cleaning, which was only $40! And they were VERY RUDE to him on top of everything else. Needless to say, we will NEVER take them anything else to be cleaned!

I took in a BRAND NEW pair of suit pants. When I picked them up there was a damage tag on the BELT LOOP that was buried in all the other clothes I picked up at that time. They did not say anything to me about them being damaged and I didnt notice it until I went to go put those pants on. They would not pay for a new pair of pants and only offered to fix the pants. I wore them ONE TIME and they were not damaged when I dropped them off. One of their own hangars went through the material. Their "store policy" is to only give you 3x what you paid for your dry cleaning. They are crooks who damage your garments, then say it wasnt them!

Dropped off two shirts and a pair of pants. Explained three times what was needed. Picked up clothes to which NOTHING was done correctly. When speaking to the manager his response as was "What do you want me to do about it"?. These clothes were needed for my grandmothers funeral 6 hours away. Cant just wait for you to get right what should have been done right the first time. I usually expect services done right the first time. Thank you for making a stressful time more unbearable. Appreciate it immensely.

We do our best effort to keep customers happy and provide a good quality. Unfortunately we are always blamed for manufacturer defects ( specially with cheap and heavily discounted clothes) and damages that customer have on their clothes but they are are not aware of it or they show up after cleaning. As the owner of this cleaners, I promise you that I will work with you on any problem provided that you dont immediately yell at me and belittle me.

There is a hole in my shirt! and it appears to be made by a cigarette and I DONT SMOKE! I spoke to the owner about this and he told me that they would not have put a defective tag on my shirt if it was not defective. My reply was that I just dont go around dry cleaning holey shirts. He says that there was nothing that he could do. After doing business with them for the past 5 years. I will take my cleaning elsewhere.

Having tried my fair share of dry cleaners in the past I am happy to say that i have found one that offers great cleaning, friendly and understandable service, and most importantly a very fair price. I actually drive out of my way just to use these guys.

Beware! The owner is arrogant and not customer oriented. They advertize in by 9 out by 5 same day service, but they do not deliver. You deserve better and there are many better cleaners in the area!
