Do yourself a favor and do not use this dry cleaners. I dropped off 8 pieces and they gave me someone elses sweater back instead of one of mine. I returned the other persons sweater and was told that mine could not be found and was not returned. I asked to be reimbursed but was told the owner was not on premises they could not do anything about it. The workers are completely incompetent and irresponsible. I am planning on reporting them to the BBB as well as taking further action to be refunded for my lost item. This place is a ridiculous excuse for business.

I wish I had seen these reviews before going to this dry cleaners. I chose them based on price, and I regret the decision dearly. They also misplaced about 8 pants that I had brought in since December (it is now April). I probably have called or visited their site about once a week since then and they have not resolved the issue. The manager is NEVER there (the employees keep saying he is out of town) and when I ask them to call him he claims that he will call me back with a resolution. He has never called me. Never do business with them. Avoid at all costs!!

BEWARE....BEWARE....BEWARE Had always liked the dry cleaners until they lost my blouse. I called as soon as my husband brought the dry cleaning in. My blouse wasnt in the bag. The receipt said 11 Mens shirts. Should have been 10 mens shirts and 1 blouse. They had no idea where my blouse was. I called again 3 days later. No answer just had to leave a voice mail. Called next day, and was told Tom the manager would call me back the following day. HA HA HA. He never did. I will never use them again.

Horrible Service. Worst place to go to. I sent in 5 pieces of cloths and 2 of the were missing. My grey sweater that was 50 dollars and my black jacket. I asked them where are my cloths were and they said to talk to there manager. He was nowhere to be seen. I asked them for a refund and they offered store credit. Why the hell would I do service here again if they loose my cloths and the manager is ignoring us. Worst place to go, dont ever come here unless you want to learn the hard way.

These guys who run this store in coppell do not deserve to be in Business. There is no customer service attitude.People are very discourteous They loose clothes and do not respond despite repeated attempts. The owner or Manager is never available nor respond to calls. This store is a shame for Coppell Business. I strongly suggest do not use this facility.

We have had several overcharges, most recently they added $55 to a bill for items that they claim they had not charged us for in 2007! We have filed a Better Business Bureau complaint against this business and they completely ignored it!

The comments are from people who have lost clothes. It happens - to a few. I go there often to get my clothes dry cleaned - a good business - prompt and efficient, and there are many like me.

The company I work for was called out to repair there doors back on 8/28/2014 and they still have not paid and now are giving us the run around. Avoid having your clothes cleaned here at all .

I have had pretty good luck they have a night dropoff they dont take Amex but otherwise they are fine for my shirts
