they ALWAYS ALL THE TIME burn and brake my shirt bottoms at least 2 or 3 bottoms on 6 of 18 dress shirts and they just say "its nothing" what do you mean its nothing? they do not replace the bottoms nor give u a resonable answer to the problem. i stop going to this specific dry cleaner because if not i will end up using my shirts open or buying new ones because this ladies are not responsible.
