Be ware of this place. The woman that works there is VERY rude. I had forgotten about my clothes because I was very busy at work. Three weeks later I went to pick up my items. I asked her why didnt somebody call me and give me a courtesy reminder that I needed to pick up my clothes. She said they DO NOT give reminders and that if you leave your clothing there longer than 30 days, they will give them away to Good Will. I said dont you think you should give people a courtesy reminder before you give their clothes away and she said NO! I told her my suits are VERY expensive and I would have been upset if she had given them away. She said that is not her fault, she has a sign that says "Not Responsible for Clothes Left After 30 Days." She said that sign allows her to give them away without getting in trouble. I said dont you want to make your customers happy and she just shrugged her shoulders and rolled her eyes. I said why did you ask for my phone number then? I thought you wanted my phone number so you could call me if there were any problems, i.e., me not picking them up timely or anything else. She told me its not her place to call anybody and remind them of anything. She told me she doesnt like to deal with people like me anyways. People like me? Really. I honestly dont know how they are even in business. She was rude when I dropped off my clothes and I knew I had made a mistake even walking in that door. They also tell you one price and then when you pick it up, its a lot more than they estimated. I went to pay her with my credit card and she said I dont take credit cards from people who are late picking up their clothes. What??? Never heard of that rule before. Luckily I had cash on me. I think she was just trying to be difficult and make things as hard on me as she could. Never again!!!!!

The worst cleaners and alteration store Ive ever been to. The woman that works there is RUDE. She hemmed a pair of pants for me several inches too short and when I asked her to fix them she blamed me for it! She did alterations for my boyfriend that we substandard as well. However, my cleaning experience was even worse. She returned all of my black clothes covered in lint. When I pointed it out to her she said "its from the machine, maybe you could get a lint brush." REALLY??? Do not use Heritage Cleaners!

I rarely do these surveys but felt compelled to do so in this case. I have used heritage for 10 years now and have never experienced poor customer service. I travel 50% and drop my business attire off on a bi-weekly basis. The entire family is very nice and personable. More importantly, the cost for services is very competitive or lower than the competition. If you are wanting a fancy store, this isnt it. This is a simple hard working family that does good work at a fair price. Thanks James

The worst cleaner I have ever visited! I dropped two my favorite white pants to clean and pressed. I opened the plastic bag but found out dirty spots all over the place on the pants few weeks later to wear. I brought them back and asked to redo. The RUDE woman owner said "No, It is not my responsible once you left my door!!" I could not believe what I heard! I do not believe how she run the business still. Dont go there unless you really want to have a BAD services and ruin your day.

Use at your own risk. Had too many things come back that were lanudered instead of dry cleaned. Tried to blame me, the fabric manufacturer and non-existent Lycra in the fabric. I worked in a textile testing lab, I know better. She outsources her cleaning to someone else. At some point in the insane ramblings she said that they use their best judgment and ignore the instructions sometimes.
