DO NOT BRING YOUR GOODS TO THIS PLACE! I brought in 3 coats to get dry cleaned and the buttons tightened on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready in a couple of days. When I went to pick them up that Friday, they charged me $48.00 and the buttons were not tightened. I was told it would be fixed over the weekend. I went to pick it up on Monday and they were not ready and was told it had to be taken off site to have the button fixed. I was told they would call me when it was ready. After 2 attempts of calling them, I was told that the coats were ready. I went to pick them up and the agent was rude and cold as though I was inconveniencing her! I was so fed I grabbed my coats and left. This morning its freezing so I pull out one of my coats ONLY TO FIND THE BELT WAS MISSING THE BUTTONS WERE ALL LOOSE!!!! If I could give the place 0 stars, that would be too many. Please save yourself the trouble and do not use this place. - completely disgusted

Hackberry Cleaners has never returned my clothes in the same condition I left them. Until now, it has been minor issues such as missing buttons, and Ive let it slide. However, most recently, I had a pricey navy and white button-up pressed at this location, and it was returned to me with the navy bleeding all over the white. Ive had this shirt pressed and dry cleaned multiple times at my regular dry cleaner in McKinney with no issue. Hackberry has rendered it unwearable, and of course, refused to acknowledge their fault, issue a refund, or compensate me for my ruined clothing. They have officially lost my business.

Dont go here!! If I could give less than 1 star I would give 0. Brought in 20 shirts with a coupon for $1.79 per shirt. Went to pick up my clothes and I was charged almost $3.00 per shirt. I explained I had a coupon and brought it in when I dropped of my clothes. The lady says oh yes it automatically applies to you clothes and shows me where it took 30% off of 3 of my 20 shirts. I tried to explain how 20 shirts times $1.79 could never be over $50 and I was continually told the discount was applied. Horrible. Never going here again.

This cleaners is great! I started going here a few weeks ago, and so far I love the service that they provide! I really like the quality of their cleaning, and they did a very good job on my alteration. Also, I am always in a rush, so they gave me a drop off bag for free which I slip in there drop box. Very convenient. I highly recommend them because they are my new go to cleaners!

When ever I take my clothes to this cleaners they did a good job. Last time I took my slacks and jacket for dry cleaning. They gave me a walk in 25% discount which they offer to all walk in customers and I paid only $ 4.53 plus tax. I found quality good and customer customer service excellent and I highly recommend this cleaner.

This place is a ripoff I paid $56 for my wife dry cleaning with a 50% discount. I wouldve paid $56 without a discount at my regular cleaners not to mention they totally ruined a brand new dress that has only been worn only 2 times they claim they didnt do the damage. This place should close its doors!

Not friendly, only convenient if you shop at Kroger. Definitely will not be going back. Hackberry Cleaners is a ripoff, just paid $21.56 to have four shirts cleaned. This was after my 30% discount I received bringing the original price to $27.20.

The overall experience and the super high prices do not justify even bothering. Besides the quality and detail is not there.
