I had a terrible experience at here. I took a $150 down coat to them that had been cleaned before with no problem by a different cleaner. But this time it comes out with yellow stains everywhere. Dirty clothes in, ruined clothes out. Their explanation is that is normal, it happens a lot to all down products and that is not their fault. I dont know whether is normal or not. We had a quarrel with them. Get out, I would call the police, never come back again are the result. That was really the worst experience you can ever had. However, fairly speaking, they are offering good price and washing clothes pretty cleanly.We have our clothes washed here several times before which have no problem. So I still give them two stars as final result.

I am fairly new in The Colony and was looking for a good dry-cleaning place for future. I called this place today. Some one answered the phone. I asked them how much they charge for dry cleaning shirts and slacks. She immediately hung up the phone. Thought it was a disconnect by mistake; so I called again immediately and no one picked up the phone. In case she was too busy, she could have at least stated that to me. I normally launder or dry clean 30+ items at a time and need a good place. This is the worst you can experience from any business. I know a lot of new people move in to this neighborhood. I wouldnt recommend any one to use this place for any of their dry cleaning or laundering needs.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! I brought them some shirts to be dry cleaned and when I started packing them, I noticed that my favorite and most expensive shirt ($200) had been ripped open in the left armpit area. When I took the shirt back one day after picking it up, the owner denied ever having cleaned it because I had taken off the ID tag that they put on it. When I got mad at him making up crap answers, he called the police on me and had me escorted out. Use them at your own risk, or better yet, tell someone that you hate about them. Now Im off to see if I can find someone to fix the damage that Dry Clean Supercenter caused...

Dont ever use this place!! I took a fairly expensive sweater to them that had been dry cleaned before with no problems by a different cleaners. They shrank it. When I returned it he said I had GAINED WEIGHT! Yea, overnight, that much weight. He argued with me for 30 minutes, then started telling me the sweater had been washed, which it never had. He finally agreed to pay me less than half what the sweater was worth and insisted on keeping the sweater.

They destroyed a brand new $65 shirt, by tearing the collar and punching a hole in the neck line. The shirt is 2 months old and they tried to tell me it was an old shirt. I showed the receipt of when I bought it, and also showed there was no wear anywhere else on the shirt. The owner denied all responsibility then said it was bad fabric and was damaged before I brought it to him. VERY bad customer service, do not use!

Took my clothes and blankets here saturday. Said on receipt they would be ready wed. I could not make it wed. Came thursday and they said they could not find my expensive blanket. She said manager was not there and to come back later which meant they never cleaned my blanket. I would not come here if you want your stuff cleaned on time. Horrible store.

Surprised by the negative reviews for this place. The employees have been unflaggingly courteous, my clothes come back in great shape and the prices cant be beat. Minus one star for being closed on Sunday.

Increased cost weekly to do the same service. A dollar fifty increase every week to clean my sons uniform for school. When I asked why they said will cost are going up. Seriously they go up weekly?!!! WTF

Been coming here for about 2 years now, the lady working there is very sweet and lovely! So surprised about the negative reviews, never had any problems here and the prices are very cheap.
