I agree with the other reviewer. This place has a reputation of inadequatelyremoving stains on your clothes and instead of doing the professional (and right thing) of refunding your money, they simply shrug you off. They may be cheaper, but if you think making second or third trips to a place where the quality of the cleaning is sub-par while paying for the same item(s) again and again is logical, then this is your place.

I had a leather jacket I wanted dry cleaned and they said they wont do leather items. I wanted all of my other items laundered but they dry cleaned half of them. The ones they dry cleaned, they got none of the stains out. When I asked why they said they couldnt get them out without ruining the fabric. I told them I shouldnt be charged for dry cleaning then, but she wouldnt budge. Total waste of money.

Ive been using Ritz for over 10 years -- even before they moved to their current location. Theyve always done an excellent job for me. They greet me by name and often start bringing my clothes to the front as soon as they see me drive into the parking lot. I guess a couple of people have had bad experiences, but I cant help but think theyre anomalies based on my personal experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE! I just picked up a perfectly good shirt and its torn now. They said they arent responsible for "weak fabric" . They did no refund nothing. Dont come here they will not take responsibility for there mistakes !

I would say for the white shirts this is the best place to be dry cleaned. Guys there have the best customer service
