I wish I would have read the reviews prior to using them. I TOO had my clothes lost (4 dress shirts and a pair of suit pants). On my first p/u attempt (7-5-17) there was an elderly gentleman already in the store when I walked in trying to pick up his clothes. They couldnt find his order and he politely walked out empty handed. After the young man working couldnt find my clothes either, he explained they went through a "retagging" process but to check back later. On the second attempt they still werent found but said they would check in the warehouse. Third attempt was with a young lady that was very nice as we looked through all the racks of clothes together. Unfortunately nothing was found. She said she would contact the owner to work out a resolution. The owner called a day or two later. I explained what happened to me (and to the customer before me). She said she wasnt told about any other customers having a problem, denied going through a retagging process, and said she didnt know why her employee would even say that. She took a few seconds to check her computer and then said she had record of my clothes being picked up. I challenged that because I know they werent picked up and her employees obviously had no record of that. Instead of two different employees spending time looking for them on over a weeks time, wouldnt a normal response be for them to say, "Im showing those items were already picked up on..." instead? One of the employees even read off the items I dropped off to make sure that was what I was there to pick up, which was indeed correct. I asked if she could pull up the cameras on the date/time she shows my clothes being picked up. She said that wasnt an option because they dont keep the footage very long. She then offered to recheck in the warehouse and would call me back. Its been over 2 weeks and still no call. The owner never offered to reimburse me anything during our call and insisted I had to have picked them up if they werent at the store. I went back to using the Boss Dry Cleaners on Windhaven in Austin Ranch who Ive never had a problem with. Ill update this post if the owner ever decides to call back and do the right thing.

First time trying this place because its so close. We dropped off my boyfriends suit jacket on Tuesday for Friday pickup. They were supposed to take the shoulder pads out and dry clean it. I went by Friday to pick it up and it wasnt ready. They told me the would call me later when it was ready. They never called. We had to have a friend pick up the jacket the next day since we could not make it there. I WISH WE WOULDVE GONE TO PICK IT UP. We have an event tonight and not only did they not take the shoulder pads out, we cant figure out what they did to the jacket because it doesnt even fit now. It looks like it shrunk. When I went to pick it up on Friday they confused our order with another jacket of the same brand that was dropped off for a different alteration. I pray that they didnt alter the jacket like the other jacket was supposed to be altered. Of course, they are not open today and there is nothing we can do for this event except go buy another $400 jacket. I cannot believe that they had a whole 5 days to get it right and instead almost ruined our special event. This is not okay.

On two separate occasions they lost a clothing item of mine. The first time I gave them the benefit of the doubt, everyone is new and that happens. But the second time, the employee once again gave me my items and after I told her I was missing a shirt. She spent days trying to find it. Then she realized that because she saw a shirt with no tag but similar labels to another customers order, she threw my shirt in with that customers order when they picked their order up. When that customer brought the shirt back, they then said they wouldnt be able to deliver it to me. When I went back to pick it up I was not offered a refund or even discount on my next order. Absolutely the worst customer service, and completely unreliable. I will never use them again.

The owner of this place is a complete con artist. Ive been there a few times because of location but they will never see me ever again. They normally make me pay in advance but this time they told me I could pay when I pick up. What they didnt tell me, its that they raise the prices of each garment by 2 dollars. I ended up paying 30 dollars more than usual. if I didnt notice the huge spike in price the girl at the counter would have never told me. Horrible service and very little work ethic. I will never be back. To make things worse, the math didnt head up and I got charged $124 instead of $86. I am beyond shocked. Im sure the good reviews are from family members.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! First, they lost our entire order (Ralph Lauren, polo, NYGA brand, etc). Then 1 week later, they found only half the order. Now another week later, we are still missing 4 shirts. They did not compensate us or anything. They also charge about 50 cents more per shirt then other laundrymats. Im going to stick to our regular place. The only reason why we tried it was because its right next to our house. If you have high quality clothes take them elsewhere. They are thieves here!

Although the reviews say otherwise, Zoom Dry Cleaning has to be the BEST dry cleaners ive been too. Like any buisness, they can/will make mistakes, but from what ive experienced, they try their hardest to make sure all customers leave happy! Also, the quality of their work in my opinion, is unbeatable. The creases in my slacks have never looked so good! What a wonderful place to have just right around the corner!

Very CLEAN AND NEAT place. Most dry cleaners are very dusty and old looking. This one is great. Great customer service and fast. Very fast turn over time. If you bring it in before 9am you get it the same day!! wWill be bring all of my clothes from now on.

I live in the boat house and wanted to try this place out. I gave them 2 jackets and 3 suit pants. Jackets came back smelling strongly of some chemical I cant describe and 2 suit paints had curved creases burnt into the back. Not impressed.

What a wonderful place to get your clothes cleaned, the staff is so professional and courteous! Never had an issue with them, always get my clothes back on time and they always look amazing! Plus its super convenient! Thanks Zoom!

I dropped off my tux and my white pleated shirt the service was great, from start to finish. Great customer service and attentive to all my questions.I would definitely recommend my coworkers and family to try this spot!
