Extremely rude lady who works there. " care about your business I have plenty of other business" I dropped off pants to get hemmed on Saturday with the promised they would be back on Monday. I went on Tuesday and she said the alteration lady was sick therefore they werent ready. While I needed my pants I understand that people get sick, Therefore I went back Wednesday. Walked in to find a $28 bill when she told me it was going to be $20. I asked her why she stated that it was hemming and cleaning. I never asked for them to be cleaned as they were brand-new and still have the tags. You refused stating that I told her for them to be cleaned. I even reminded her when I came in on Tuesday that she said that they were not in due to alterations not because of cleaning. I asked her if there was a discount because promise to me on Monday she said no. And replied "without the money Im not giving you pants." But the pants and put them back in the room! I need in my pants so I had to pay the money for a service that I did not ask for. At the end she told me "I dont care about your business I have plenty of other business " in addition she refused to give me her managers number and just pointed to the window and the door.

The lady attending the store is very rude and she refuses to help with something she is doing wrong, my shirts with a lot of wrinkles on shoulders and neck after being washed, the lady refuses to solve the problem arguing that is not her fault but the industrial machine ironing the clothes, she told me if l wanna remove the wrinkles she can do that manually with an iron but she will charge more, whats the purpose to take my shirts to the laundry store if they are not going to do a good job?, l told her l can do that by myself at home, l took my shirts and l left the store really upset, what a service !

Went to pick up my pants before an event. Rude lady that smells funny with bad teeth would not take my card because I was spending less than $5, and her argument was that I should have seen some tiny sign that says they dont take cards for less than $5. Credit card companies forbid merchants from doing that because theyre cheating them out of their fee. I asked her if saving some pennies was worth losing a customer. She said she didnt care. I had to drive back home to get cash, and then returned to get my pants. Congratulations to her! She saved $0.15 and lost a customer.

The absolute worst. Ruined my expensive silk gown ($700+ value) then accused me of doing so & then trying to frame them for it. Took them to small claims & won but now they are refusing to pay me the amount the Judge said they own nor even call me back to make arrangements. Had been going to them for 5 years before this incident with no issues but when they make an error and are called on it they turn into a nightmare. Currently pursuing further legal action.

They ruined our vintage Dallas Cowboys jacket and would do nothing about it. They wanted it back after having it a week to see if they could fix it. I posted a picture of it on Google. The white sleeve is splotchy grey, blue and faded off white. We are presently pursuing a law suit against them. DONT leave anything there. They will ruin it and say they are not at fauld.

The customer service is really bad. The woman at the front desk is very rude, she gave all kind of excuses and got upset when l asked her to remove the wrinkles off my clothes and practically ushered me out of the store. l asked her for the managers name and phone number but she showed me the door. What kind of service, she will lose customers soon.

Horrible customer service. Damaged an order and would not admit fault. Had to be taken to court, and the Judge ruled against them.
