Do not use this place. When we first moved to the area, we took our clothes there because it was a convenient location. However, the first time was the last. When we came to pick up our clothes after the first drop off, the manager approached my wife with a check that had bounced from a customer with the same last name as ours and asked her if she "would like to take care of this" before we were allowed to take our clothes. He just assumed since we had the same last name that we were family or knew of each other. When we explained we had just moved to the area from out-of-state and had no idea who the other family was, he acted like he didnt believe her and gave no apology for making the assumption. Just very bad business.

Do not use these cleaners unless you want to never see your garment again, or if you want to see it completely ruined. I trusted them to sew 2 antique buttons on my jacket and clean it. When I got it back, there was only one antique button, and one generic button - not the one I left with them. Either they stole/sold the button, or they ruined it in the dry cleaning process. I asked for the button back, but the tailor said he had never seen it. But............I took a picture of the buttons before I turned it in to prove what I was giving them. I showed the photo to them and they said I was lying and they angrily denied any wrongdoing of any kind.

I had a small 3x5 rug that needed a cleaning. I called ahead asking if they had a way to clean rugs, I was told to bring it in and I did. They looked it over and took it without question. When I picked it up, it was clean but my rug no longer had any firmness and it was shedding badly. They kept on saying, "you didnt tell me it was an old rug." In fact the rug was 3-4 yrs old. Not once did they apologize, all they could do is tell me it ruined their machine. I assumed they had a steam cleaning process to clean the rug, but they simply put it through a wash cycle. My $200 rug is now ruined. they still charged me $23.

Took in some leather pants that I had purchased custom made while I was in Italy. When I got them back, the butt of them had 3 or 4 spots that were literally MELTED into the leather. They said "I must have sat in something." Could not get them to reimburse for them. It took months and a lawsuit filed to get them to give me the equal amount in free service - thats all they would do. I used the free service and have not been back. Oh, and along the way during the dispute the employees will claim "No speak English" so that they dont have to handle the problem.

The collars on my shirts have typically come back with a strange shape to them; Ive often had to re-iron a collar to make a shirt wearable. I have a number of western sport shirts that have a button at the top of the shirt pocket, and this area usually comes back wrinkled and, on one occasion with the button melted. In addition one shirt came back with a black ink stain on it. It had no stain before, but the woman managing the place assured me that I stained the shirt before taking it in. I will never be returning there.

I completely agree with Al. I moved to this area about 9 months ago and LOVE this place. They can almost always do a 1-day turn around even with a LOT of clothes (several dresses and several suits), and sometimes in the same day for one or two pieces. Very fast, in and out, and theres a drive-thru. I even accidentally left a dress there for a couple of months, and when I took a new set of clothes they brought it out to me. I forgot I had left it there and they definitely didnt lose it, as mentioned below.

A lot of these reviews are over a year old and I think things have changed at Legacy, or at least they did for me on Saturday. I needed a shirt pressed for an event in the evening and the people at Legacy at Warren helped me out without any problems. I called almost all of the other dry cleaners in the area but they were the only ones who said they could do it. Everyone was friendly and the shirt looked great.

I would not recommend this dry cleaners at all. Even though it is near my house and convenient drop off, they are not very responsible. They lost two pair of pants and asked me to wait to see if anyone returned them. It has been 14 days and instead of reimbursing me for the pants, they are now asking me to come in and look for them on the conveyor belt. I will never use them again!!!

I have been going there for about 8 years and use about once a week. Every cleaners you go to will have a problem at some time or another. I have been very happy and if give the owners and workers a chance you will see they are nice people.
