I called and asked how much it would cost to repair a broken zipper on a pair of jeans and Judy informed me it would be $12. I dropped the jeans off that Monday (11/7) and she informed me they would be ready on 11/9. I called on Thursday to see if the jeans were ready and she told me that they would be ready on Friday (11/11). I went to pick up the Jeans on Friday and she said they were not ready. She said they would be ready on Saturday. I said don’t worry about it. I will just take the jeans now. She told me I couldn’t have them. Yes, I was in shock. She tried to state that the jeans were taken apart; which I latter found out was a lie.

Asked if I could have two sleeves stitched up and the thumbholes reinforced on my cardigan. I was told that they could not sew. I really do not know what else to say to that. How can you even list "tailor" as part of your profession if you cannot sew?

Dont be fooled by negative reviews. Mrs Judy is awesome. Been going to her for 10 years. We moved and I still drive over to see her. Always has my alterations, dry cleaning, and laundry on time. Never lost a piece. Also super friendly and welcoming.
