HORRIBLE "SERVICE", After paying $62.00 for two dresses, two coats, and a blouse, the woman and the front told me that she was going to be unable to clean one of them and to leave my phone number so that they could call me. After waiting three weeks without receiving any phone calls from them, i decided to go down there anyways. The same woman gave me my dress back, arguing that nobody would be able to clean the dress. I asked why nobody had called me to let me know about this and instead of apologizing, she blamed me for not coming in and picking up. She said all this with a very unpleasant tone and rather sarcastically. Out of the original price that she charged me, she only gave me $10.50 back, saying that I had apparently already received a discount. On top of that, this was already their second chance because they had ruined a shirt of my husbands before. Its safe to say that I will NEVER be back there nor will i ever recommend anybody to that place. I would give them negative stars but i cant.

Worst experience I have ever had with a dry cleaners. I have been taking a few button down shirts at a time to this place for several months with no problems. However, I took in about 20 button down shirts the other day and after I received them back I noticed that half of them have my name written directly on the shirts, in permanent ink!, and half of them have broken buttons. I tried to talk to Wanda about it but she offered no help. She says I need to talk to the owner but he is never available and she doesnt have any idea when he will be available. I am now out about $300 in shirts if I want ones that dont have my name written in them, which I do, and want ones with original buttons, less of an issue. They also gave one of my sweaters away to someone else one time but I eventually got that back.

It seems that the only time people write a review is when theyre complaining, so I wanted to come here and write a positive review. I looked around the area before choosing to visit Four Seasons. When I arrive, the store was clean, the lady was very friendly and very quick. When I picked up, it was more of the same. Great service and decent prices. I had 6 shirts and 6 pants, cleaned and pressed, and two shirts needed buttons added. Spent $38 with tax. I little on the high side, but Id rather pay a smidgen more for better service and quality. Thank you Four Seasons, looks like youve made a loyal customer out of me.

I am so happy to have found this place! I do medieval reenactment and wear very high end silk gowns that need careful cleaning. After having a total of 4 gowns ruined by three different cleaners this is the first place that does a thorough job while being super careful as well. I just picked up some gowns today & this is the 4th time Ive used them so am convinced it is the norm. Pleasant service, careful cleaning; thank you!!

Was just charged $11.73 for two pair of pants to be dry cleaned. I protested but she said they always charge this much money. I was giving them one more chance because the shirts that I brought in a couple of weeks back did not have any starch in them with the exception of one shirt. I ordered extra heavy starch in all my shirts. I wont return to this location.

Clothes seemed heavily fragranced. They charged me $15 dollars for a shirt that they said was a dress. I was asked to wait while they helped a drive thru customer who arrived about 5 minutes after I had waited at the counter. I thought they were friendly, just slow to take in my order.

Friendly, great customer service! We use them primarily for cleaning band uniforms, but also use for my husbands dress shirts and they are reasonable and careful with buttons!

I bring table drapes & other exhibit fabric here for work. They have gotten some really impossible looking stains out. They are always on schedule and so, so friendly!
