Would have given a zero if I could. First of all the girl in the front is SO extremely rude. If you like clean clothes and good customer service I would NOT go here. All my shirts still smelled like sweat and when I asked about it she dismissed it and said it was basically bc I smelled. When I took the same shirts to another cleaners they were able to clean them properly and they were free of any smell. THEN they ruined two of my shirts and blamed it on me. I took quite a bit of clothing to them only to realize later that one of my shirts was missing. Just overall the worst experience Ive ever had with a cleaners. BEWARE this place is terrible. If you have a problem good luck with getting any kind of customer service.

Ive been taking my shirts from work hear for years and spend about 40 a month on dry cleaning. I work for chase bank and I take five shirts here every week, and them I noticed the last time I went that they removed my chase name off my shirt. Which leaves it useless to me, I went to go tell them and the owner denied doing it, accused me of going to another cleaners and blaming him, that I removed it, which makes no since. I used to know the owner before this man took it over and the previous owner knows how to treat his customers, not this man. Im very disappointed. ******update******* 10-4-15 My mother confessed she was the one who ruined my shirt...feel so embarrassed. My bad, Great service!

I worked there they throw the clothes on the dirty floor before washing it and they have ANTS, SPIDERS, RATS IN THE BACK WERE THEY WASH THE CLOTHES and also they do not take care of your clothes they step on it in the back if its in the way they dont avoid trying not to step on it. And they just wash it with water if you waste less than $50 DONT EVER GO IN THERE BAD SERVICE DIRTY PLACE STINKY PLACE THEY DO NOT TREAT YOU NICE AND THEY DONT WASH YOUR CLOTHES JUST PUT IT IN A MACHINE WITH WATER AND LET IT DRY THERE RUDE WITH BAD SERVICE ANY OTHER DRY CLEAN SERVICE HAS A BETTER PLACE AND TREAT YOU NICE

We have been using dryclean city for about 2 years now and had been generally happy with their work. However, we have noticed a significant improvement in both their quality and customer service in the last 6 to 9 months. The clothes are coming out better, you are greeted with a smile, and the overall experience is very pleasent. We have recommended this drycleaners to all our friends.....whatever they are doing, they have it right. And their prices are unbeatable. Thanks Dryclean City for the wonderful work.

Just moved to town and found this amazing dry cleaner. Very friendly staff and excellent service. Brought in a white shirt with red wine stains covering 1/4 of the shirt, The owner, Hanif, made it his personal mission to fix this shirt., unbeknown to me. upon arrival to pick up my cleaning Hanif was excited to show me how the shirt turned out. This shirt went back in my closet and I have put Dry Clean City, Farmers Branch, on my best ever list.

I always get good and timely service at Dry Clean City. I have been a customer of theirs for the past 7 years, even when they were in the other location with previous owners. The new location and ownership is fantastic. My clothes are always cleaned and pressed to my satisfaction and always on time. The service and pricing is exceptional and very fair. I recommend them to anyone who lives in Addison, Carrollton or Farmers Branch.

Avoid this place like the plague. I was a customer for 4 years and then they changed ownership. They broke the top button on 21 of my shirts, yes 21, and then had the nerve to tell me they were not responsible for broken buttons. Never step foot in here if you expect to be treated fairly. I was so disappointed that I signed up for Google reviews just to make sure what happened to me never happens to anyone else.

We have been very happy customers of Dryclean City in Farmers Branch for over two years now. Their customer service is excellent and our clothes always come back nicely cleaned and pressed. I have also had a few alterations done here and the quality of the work was excellent. I would highly recommend this drycleaners!

I have been using them for years to dry clean and starch my cinch jeans and work shirts. Very few cleaners (anywhere) understand what "heavy starch" means, but they have it down!! These guys are the best. Have never let me down! Affordable, fast and friendly!
