We sold our home in Pennsylvania with plans to move in or around the Arlington area. Our Dallas realtor generously put us in the very capable hands of Colleyville realtors Dustin and Dillon McDonald. There was a phone call of questions, answers and things to ponder and days later we headed to Texas for a weekend of house hunting. Dillon and his wife just had a baby, so Dustin took the reins. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area, he was patient and straightforward answering our questions. With Dustins expertise, prayers and faith, we found our new home that weekend. Dustin offered advice and assistance every step of the way. We went back to PA to pack and prepare for our move. When issues came up with the home inspection, Dustin went above and beyond, making phone calls, helping with negotiations, getting answers and making recommendations for contractors when repairs were needed. Once everything was agreed on, Sharon Hughes was our contact for closing. (this transition went smoothly, with Dustin behind the scenes if needed). Trying to buy a home long distance can pose problems and stressful situations - (we didnt realize that some rules and regulations differ state to state). Sharon was great, always friendly, offering advice, getting answers, giving reassurance when needed. For us, The Wall Team - especially Dustin and Sharon - took care of us like we were part of the family.......part of the team!! Thanks Wall Team!!

We sought out the Wall Team because we had specific home requirements we werent willing to budge on nor did we have the time to pursue the searches ourselves. We were happy with the home we were in, so we needed all the check boxes marked to convince us to move. Both Larry and Laurie met with us to review what the possibilities were and it became clear a new build was the path forward. We then discussed when to put our home on the market. They monitored the market in our immediate area and neighborhood and hit the "go" button perfectly as we had an offer before our home hit the MLS. That offer fell through due to a work transfer which seemed like a bummer but they kept our spirits high. Their team supported Open houses every month and persisted with every lead. After 3 months of 70 different people/families coming through, we decided we were out of time as our new place was due to be completed the next month. They stuck with us and double listed it for sale or lease. We had a wonderful tenant signing papers within a week. They never made us feel like we "owed" them or that we should have given it "just one more month". Regarding our new home, they made a very convoluted building experience much easier and ensured the builder closed on all commitments. We LOVE where we live now and cant say "Thanks" enough to the Wall Team.

When my husband and I decided to begin a search for a new home, we contacted The Wall Team for their assistance. Kevin Holmes from The Wall Team met with us and inquired about our preferences…neighborhood, home features, etc. We were very indecisive about our search but Kevin was patient with us. He met us at homes he thought met our criteria, and also directed us to areas to search on our own. He was never pushy, nor did he get frustrated with us. After a few months, we found the perfect house. After we moved, we were ready to put our previous home on the market. Laurie Wall & Dillon McDonald met with us and provided their thoughts on getting our house ready for market. We took their advice and made some improvements. We listed our home and received several offers…one of which was above list price. We couldn’t have been happier. We appreciate the hard work that The Wall Team provided in the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old house. We used the Wall Team for both selling our previous home and buying a new house. We were selling a home for the first time and Dillon explained everything in detail from the get-go. At the initial meeting, Dillon really impressed us by preparing market analysis, comps, and info on how the team would be marketing our house, all within one day of setting up the appointment. The house was photographed and listed very quickly. Dillon and his team kept in contact throughout the process. Whenever I had a question, there was always someone available to answer in a timely manner. He was present at our closing and took care of last minute issues that came up. Michael was our buyers agent and provided excellent service throughout the process. I was able to maintain communication with Michael at all hours of the day and he helped us through a tough situation that enabled us to purchase our new home. He and his team were available to us through closing. Overall, I was very happy with the Wall Team and will recommend them to my family and friends.

We worked with Charla and she did the absolute best job possible. We originally planned to build a new home but our old house sold so quickly that we were forced to look into buy a pre-built home and under a super quick timeline. Charla got the ball rolling and had us looking at house the same night we asked her about showing us homes. She worked quickly and made sure everything else went quickly for us to make sure the purchase of our new home went through in a timely manor as to where we wouldnt have to spend extra money waiting to close on the new home. She was always professional and I felt went the extra step to make sure we were getting everything we needed.
