Joe is awesome. We were moving to Texas from out of state and came on a very last-minute and very rushed house-hunting trip, but Joe made us his first priority and worked hard to find us plenty of homes to look at! He was kind to set up appointments at all of the homes we had been researching online prior to the trip as well, and we ended up falling in love with one we had been looking at for a couple of months. This is where Joe REALLY shines! His negotiating skills are top notch. He was able to get us our home for under market value and asking price and held our hands through the whole process. As first-time home buyers we were so grateful for his knowledge! He has also been available even months after the sale went through to answer various questions Ive had.
