Horrible agent Anil Patel. Sells his personal homes through his broker does not diclose major home issues (plumbing) former tenants had issues and neighbors collaborated. Left wife and Newborn without water while plumbers had to replace 100% root infested pipes. Had to take baby to relitives to feed and bath. Anil stated he had no issue. Master and Journeyman plumbers said there is no way former tenants would not have had issues. Stay far far away.

Called to get information on some rentals they had signs out on in Hurst but because they did not put addresses on the signs for me to provide, the gentleman didnt try to help and hung up on me. Already bad signs of customer service. Put addresses on your signs when you advertise of its required when calling for an inquiry!
