I had the worse experience with LARRY MURPHY the remax listing agent in Fort Worth, TX. I contacted Larry on 4-23-16 about a house that showed for sale but wasnt on the market yet. I called him and he said he would call me back. He eventually did hours later. I told him I was working with an agent and that I was pre approved. I finally was able to tour the house that next Wednesday a day before it went on the market. I put in an offer $5,000 over list price the same night. Larry told my agent that he would get the offer to the seller but it would be delayed because he was having a hard time getting ahold of the seller. Each day after that we were told excuses, such as the seller hasnt reviewed it need more time. This went on for 4 days. The entire time, Larry said the sellers need to more time to review our offer. Not once were we ever counter offered or communicated with. He started ignoring my agents calls, text. Finally on Saturday, we informed him that we needed some kind of answer. He then tells the agent that he received more offers, i.e. During the time he suppolsly was waiting on the sellers to review our offer from days ago. He never gave us an opportunity to counter instead he LIED TO US THE ENTITE TIME. He knew I was a disabled veteran and was using my VA benefit to purchase the home. He deliberately lied and strumed us along just so he could get a bid war. Instead of informing us of an counter offer, he tells my agent that he didnt want to insult us by not giving us a counter offer. Implying because Im a disabled veteran using VA benefits I wouldnt be able meet the sellers request, which we never even received. Mind you that we offered on first offer $5,000 over asking. It is apparent that he was discrimating, unethical, and unprofessional. I would never recommend him or REMAX TO ANY ONE ESPECIALLY VETERANS!!! Beware!!!

Went with remax for first home as this was a big step in life, the realtor was nice at first and wanted to help out, she must of not been to happy that we didnt pick the first couple of houses she showed us , as this would be a place we would have to stay and raise our family in, well she keeps pushing us and pushing us to get a house. We with held and found a house and property we really liked, well there was alot of problems with the house and I personally took care of most of them for the sale to go threw and the realtor "allegedly" said she took care of one.well I ask for receipt or name of company to call and now that we own the house she has not responded to any emails, or refunded any of my money for the cost of some fees out of pocket that she personally said she would pay, it wasnt alot bit the fact of being lied to to sell some thing irritates me

I have operated under RE/MAX Heritage III for three years now. Tim Nystrom is a solid human being and a great broker. While working with Tim I have earned sales awards each year I have been there, and Tims mentorship has played a big part in that. Thanks for all the support Tim. Blessings, Gorden & Kemberly McLaughlin

I worked with Barbara Roberts and she is simply the best! I am a first time home buyer in this crazy DFW market, and she lent her expertise and helped me through the whole process. She is so knowledgeable, and patient. If you are looking for a great realtor ask for Barbara Roberts!
