Good morning, Complaint that my refrigerator has been out since Friday evening... I called the on-call number Saturday morning. So far 12:00 Monday, the only information I have received about repair or replacement of the refrigerator in our rental home has been when myself or my husband called and complained to the office that we would like information of what was being done. This is truly BAD service. Why do I have to call the rental agent and demand an answer? Good customer service would be to call the client and give them information prior to the customer becoming upset and hostile. I guarantee we would have a speedy response if the rent was late. Meanwhile, my VERY full freezer and refrigerator is not working, the food placed on ice... much of the food had to be thrown out due to spoilage. Im just beside myself of how unprofessional this rental service is. Now my husband and myself are calling the repair people ourselves in order to ascertain if they will be able to repair the refrigerator today AND if they cannot, I do not have any sort of information from P.S. of any sort of compensation or plan if the refrigerator cannot be fixed today or fixed at all. Pretty lame. As a military member who has had to rent at various times... worst service Ive ever encountered and I definitely would not buy a home from this agency or rent from them again. Drama would clearly be avoided if your agent that is handling this problem had the decency to pick up the phone and communicate with us - the client. On top of everything... I work Monday through Friday an am losing money by staying home waiting on a repairman that I have no idea if they will arrive today. Agent has stated that she "dispatched" for a repairman. I wonder how serious she would take this issue if it was her work day interrupted, her food spoiling and herself being unprofessionally treated?

This Realty and Property Management company is horrible. Stay Away. 6 years of experience speaking here and a failed sale. Coldwell Bankers Pacesetter Steel Realty, Effective immediately we are terminating our listing contract with your business. We initially contacted Cathy Mehne about listing the property in May 2016. We were expecting the listing to go into effect that month and had difficulty-reaching Cathy for about two weeks. She said she would get the listing active as soon as possible but was not actually listed until the middle of June. She never told us that there were issues with the cleanliness of the property and were assured by the Pacesetter Steel Property Management Division (We used them for the past 6 years) that the property was clean and ready for sale. We had an extremely unpleasant selling experience with Cathy. She was difficult to contact. She rarely gave us updates or suggestions. We would call or email and not hear back for up to a week. We were hoping that it would turn around because we had purchased the home with Cathy as our realtor in June 2007. Unfortunately it did not and we feel like we have lost much time and opportunity to sell the home by doing business with both the Property Management and Realty sides of your business. Once again I have to contact your firm directly because I cannot get Cathy Mehne to complete the listing termination and we are ready to list it with another realtor that is affiliated with our bank. We truly believe that because of mismanagement from your Property Management and Realty divisions we are on the path to foreclosure.

She is quite literally, as good as it gets. If I could I would award her 100 stars! From beginning to end, Jessica did everything possible to help us get the house of our dreams. She is professional, hard-working, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. We viewed multiple properties before finding the right house for us. Jessica always stuck by us and gave us the benefit of her expertise and knowledge (without ever applying any pressure). We were always made to feel that our happiness was the most important thing to Coldwell Banker Pacesetter Steel, and I really believe that’s true. Our purchase was far from simple and there were many hurdles along the way, but Jessica navigated us through every problem with professionalism and grace. Thanks to Coldwell Banker Pacesetter Steel, we now own the house of our dreams and we couldn’t be happier! I would use Coldwell Banker Pacesetter Steel again in a heart beat, and I will certainly be recommending them to all of my friends. Thanks Jessica Zambrano-Fabela!

I cant say enough great things about Coldwell Banker Pacesetter Steel real estate agent, Terrance Franklin. My wife and I were desperate. When I transferred to Florida, we put our house on the market with a different company. After eight months of no luck, we gave up, and signed on with Mr. Franklin. After just ONE MONTH, Mr. Franklin had a buyer for our home. And that was AFTER the busy summer selling season. We were hemorrhaging at the rate of about $2000 a month. What kills me is, that money is gone forever. Well NEVER get it back, because we had to sell our home at the same price we purchased it. We cant even claim our losses with those Nazis at the IRS. But Mr. Franklin stopped the bleeding, and saved us from financial ruin. Mr. Franklin did an outstanding job for us, in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. He went out of his way to connect us with contractors who got our house in shape for the final sale. Mr. Franklin was ALWAYS available, day or night. We used them and they Finally got the deal done that is the only reason I gave them 2 stars, but it was like pulling teeth. They took for ever getting the paperwork needed for our loan. the communication between Gary Hudson, corporate office and us was horrible! We sent paperwork in and three days later when I call about the status he stated he was still waiting for info, when in fact he had it the hole time! Very frustrating! And that was just scratching the surface! There was many more instances of communication breakdown! Our Relator was not up on what was required as well. This is our fourth home purchase and the process was the worst we ever had!

Called and scheduled an appointment to look at a piece of property with my wife. The realtor never showed up. I call the office to talk to an office manager and was given the excuse that the office secretary was told that the realtor was extremely sick. The flu is going around however, I would think that between the secretary and the realtor that we would have received a call to change the appointment in the least. Very unprofessional handling. I wouldnt recommend, nor will I use coldwell banker in the Corpus Christi area.
