Unprofessional Will allow property owner to unethically keep your deposit money by allowing property owner to have the only say on items like the mattress.Do not trust them or rent from them. Would not add a converter box to tv to get sound for the cable which is included in the rent Charged me from my deposit for a new tv so the next person would have sound UPDATE - this has been refunded Air conditioner froze up and created condensation and caused mold they would not fix it Rental had no microwave and we left one that was not perfect. They charged our deposit for a new one UPDATE - this has been refunded Acted appauled and confused when i told them they were not trustworthy Charged our deposit for a brand name replacement mattress when we slept on a cheap junky stained mattress from the night we moved in - DENIES REFUND Charged cleaning fee after my wife and I cleaned from top to bottom for hours after move out. When we moved in the condo was dirty, had trash in hidden areas such as under the bed, bugs in light fixtures, these things were cleaned when we moved in and after we moved out UPDATE - currently working with Denise at Group One asking for resolution of the mattress and cleaning charges. I will post an update once this is completely resolved.

I have had Group One manage my rental property in Corpus Christi Texas since 1991. during that time they have provided nothing short of OUTSTANDING service to both myself and my tenants. The outstanding communication has always instilled confidence that my property was well cared for. In the over 20 years of service I have only had less than 1 month of vacancies. Repairs are always done quickly, preventing any further damage, or tenant inconvenience. Thank you Denise Gillmore for your dedication to both the Property owner and Tenants. Group One is Second to none.

Horrible customer service. Typos on a contract that you have already signed, really? Several health hazards; exposed wires, holes in the ground, old keys. They are just trying to make money and if you have a problem they will tell you that you can live somewhere else. Great management skills! I dont expect a new house but if I am paying $1600/month it should look like something that you wouldnt be embarrassed to have friends over. I have rented and owned houses before and this is not how you keep clients happy.

I will never use this company again. Very unprofessional. They cant keep track of records and will keep your deposit money. I left the condo in better condition than when I got there and they took over 500 dollars off of my deposit. Do not use this company, anything is better than this. Very disappointed.
