When I first got a call from Paul I was trying to sell my home myself, I let him give me his phone pitch about a listing agent coming out. I told him not now and to call me in two weeks, I didnt actually think he would. Two weeks later I get a call and I reluctantly agreed to let their agent Jamie come to my house. Im genuinely glad that I did, I had been trying to sell my home for 53 days before then, I had dropped my price three times $15,000 less than I originally wanted. I ended up listing my home with them and within 6 days my home sold for the price I originally wanted! The entire time this was going on I was also shopping for a new home, I decided to let them help with this as well. Within just a few weeks Josh had me moving into my new home well before I had to leave the home they sold for me. Theyre a persistent group of people at Keller Williams and Im sure glad they are, it was by far the best experience Ive had in the world of real estate.
