My experience at Premier Real Estate was absolutely terrible. For anyone that is looking for rentals or looking to buy a home, I would recommend Maloney or any other business. The reasoning for my terrible review is that when I was on the market looking for a new place to call home, I reached out to the owner of Premier Real Estate & she showed me an apartment that I told her that I was very interested in and wanted to think it over during the weekend and discuss it with my partner. Turns out that the apartment I looked at was a co-worker of mine. I never received any courtesy call or outreach when I specifically told her I was interested, and she dismissed me and continued to show the place to other people knowing that I was going to sign for it. She also pulled favors for people in the community that did not provide equal opportunities and access that their business claims, "FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE" and I found out that I was not given a showing for a space that I was highly interested in, because of favors for important people. Without ranting on and on, I hope this rating provides insight of an unsustainable long-term business if it doesnt conduct business ethically. She never showed any empathy and what it really comes down to, I was just a $$. Pass. There are plenty of opportunities to find a place in Vermillion! I have personal knowledge about this real estate company. Jamie Baedke, the owner of Premier was my realtor when I bought a commercial building here in Vermillion a month ago. I havent dealt with buying commercial property before but Ive got to say I had an incredible experience. She and her team know their stuff, she negotiated a great price both parties were extremely satisfied

Great customer service! Everyone was so helpful. We are from California and had no clue where to begin looking for housing. We were so glad the branch manager at Wells Fargo referred us to Premier. Premier staff are the best!!! Thanks again for everything.
