Terrible Experience from a Buyers Perspective. I bought a house that was listed with this agency. The sellers did the bare minimum of repairs as requested and they were not even done correctly. The sellers took items from the house that were not stated in the contract are they are considered item to be left with the house, i.e. bathroom fixtures. The items were removed without any repairs done leaving large holes in the wall. Even the repairs that were done were done incorrectly. I have had to spend over $1000 dollars in repairs to fix these issues. Items that were spelled out in the sales contract were not given to me until I threatened legal action. These items include receipts for repair work and the warranty information associated with said repairs. If you are someone who is looking to purchase a house from this agency please ensure that every detail is spelled out in the contract is it is done before closing on the house. After you have closed on the house this agency will wash their hands and fight you on any issues. If there was a lower rating than one star, I would give it.
