The only reason why Im giving fourstars because mrs megan is no longer at great clips she was very patient and sweet and very understanding with my three old year old. My son had a bad experience before we went to Megan and because of all his haircuts have been great with her hes been able to come around. Ms Bianca was the person who cut my sons hair recently and did such a wonderful job. Because how great she is will be going back soon. Bless your heart I know my son can be handful and I greatly appreciate your help. The staff there is very quiet sometimes but they are always willing to say hello as soon as walk in through door.

Exceptional service and wonderful staff! I have been coming here for 2 years, and I have never once had a bad experience. I have received better service and results here than at salons that charge upwards of $100 in the area. I see Melissa and she is so good at what she does! On my most recent visit, she spent an hour on my haircut, and was so thoughtful of my imput and feedback. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair cut, it is so flattering to my face shape and style. I am so glad I found them!

Melinda, the manager has the expertise and professionalism if you want gorgeous hair! I lived in San Antonio for many years and a hairstylist who listens and delivers is truly hard to find. I have long hair, so the right cut can be tricky. Thank you Melinda! I love my hair! The Great Clips Staff is the best!

Excellent service! I checked in using the Great Clips website and I was able to walk right in and get my hair cut without waiting in line. Melinda cut my hair and she was a very pleasant, professional individual. Best Great Clips experience Ive had to date!

I always bring my kids for their haircuts they do a great job. One time they had such a long line that i left they called my cell phone and apologized and offered a free haircut (which i never used) but it was a great gesture on their part.

Just left Great Clips I must say as a new customer I will not be going back. If somebody else has to correct your mistakes you shouldnt be cutting hair. All I have to say is I will not recommend this place to anyone.

If you have a small child, there is a lady there named Meagan who is amazing with kids. My 3 year old now loves getting his haircut because Meagan has made it a great experience.
