Worst haircut my child has ever had !!! Regular stylist, Miranda was not available so another one filled in. She totally disregarded the printed instructions in the computer. She gave my child a buzz leaving his entire hair length 1/4 inch all over his head. He was devastated. Now has major anxiety when he needs a haircut. Never received an explanation from stylist nor an apology. Wish the system didnt make me choose any star at all. One MOD was sweet n apologetic, the other butted into the issue and was arrogant and rude.
