First time I went I had Victoria and she was a doll. Even after the receptionist gave my original appt to some else and I had to wait for another stylist to open up, Im glad I got her, she did a great job. This trip today was very disappointing. I was scheduled for an appt at 1pm with a girl who was supposed to come into work at 1pm and was late. So another woman took me instead. Told her what I wanted and she cut my hair. All i wanted was a cut. Well she talked me into shampooing my hair, even though I had washed it right before I went, with a shampoo to help cut down the buildup on my hair and said it was no extra charge. Well come to find out I had to pay $45 just for the appt. They charge for a shampoo, cut, and style regardless of whether you have them do everything or not. I was also unaware that a master stylist can charge more than other stylist. So I walked out with wet hair and a lot of regret. I admit I should have asked for pricing beforehand, but other places Ive been to did cuts only for a lower price. I was there all of 20 minutes and part of that time my stylist was playing on her phone. I will not be going back.

The first time I went to Regis - I will admit it was late considering the mall closed at 9:00 and it was 8:25-8:30 but as soon as I walked up the Blonde Haired lady stuck her nose in the air at me and told me they were already closed - and the gate hadnt even been pulled down for the store. She treated me like I was trash; because of the way I was dressed - the second time I went in i actually booked an apt - was told two different times then when confirming the time - 8:00 pm I hung up and went up there - once there I was told that he had "misread" the schedule and that he could take me at 8:45 but I was better off checking master cuts next to JC pennys - lol. Once again being shunned like I was trailer trash. Their loss - considering I tip generously; and need a good deal of work done on my hair. Long story short - if you like being judged and looked down on before you even get to the hair cut chair then this is the place for you! They act like snobs and if you dont look rich they will turn their nose down at you - guess they need to learn the old story of never judge a book by its cover. Their loss.

Horrible. Took FOUR visits to make my hair remotely blonde (I have since consulted with an upper end salon and they told me absolutely no reason they should not have done it correctly the 1st time). I went from brown to blonde and I just kept getting orange and yellow. The manager canceled his appts with me two times--once sick and the other being out of town (I specifically scheduled the time with him that I was off and getting paid--he tried to blame someone else for scheduling wrong but he is the one that scheduled). I called the corporate number listed on the web and someone was supposed to call me back within two days but no one did. Over $300 and four visits later no one ever got my hair right. STAY FAR AWAY. I will be working to get the word out.

Yesterday on August 3, 2015 at approximately 3:30 pm we went into Regis to get my grandson a haircut. There we no customers in the store and one hair stylist was sitting on her chair on her phone. When the receptionist came out we told her he needed a haircut. She went to the back and after what seemed like 5 minutes came back out and told us that the 2 girls in the back were already leaving and the one girl that was there could do it....but not for at least 30 minutes. We said forget it and left. Needless to say we will never go back there again!!! Very poor customer service!!!

I dont recommend this place , I didnt like my haircut , the hairstyle was horrible curls , actually she burned my forehead many times ,I felt so angry when I had to pay for this it was expensive ,they didnt even wash my hair ... horrible experience!! I think that The stylist ( girl with short blond hair ) was in a hurry because she was dyeing her hair herself.
