I will never go back. I have had two horrible hair cuts there in the past by two different women. I tried one last time with a third lady, hoping the third one would be the charm. She actually screwed my hair while telling me how badly a fellow employee screwed up another customers hair. I am not picky nor am I a hair expert but I do know that i should not be able to feel the different levels in a fade with my fingers. I also know that my bangs should not slope from one side to the other. I asked her to fix the problem but she assured me that it was just my hair laying weird since I wore a hat all day. Abbey was the only one there that I would trust with my hair, she was awesome but she moved out of state. Everyone else just proves that you can pass cosmetology school with a D. Sports Clips next door is just as bad.

Ive been getting my hair done at this place for the last year. Ive had more than 8 different hair stylist, but almost all of them have been excellent! I usually dont have a lot of time to think about getting my hair done, much less actually go somewhere. My favorite thing about using Greatclips is their app or website to check-in online. I can see the typical wait time, plus already be checked-in by the time I get there. This definitely saves time, especially when you dont use a regular stylist or go at a regular time. I recommend this place for the ease of check-in, the kind service, and the cost. Hope it goes well for you too!

I highly advise against going to Great Clips. I was receiving a basic mens haircut. I have short hair, so you would think that it would be nearly impossible to mess that up, right? Well, i just got home and realized I have a big triangle shaped bald spot on the back of my head. The lady giving me my haircut never even mentioned it and even gladly accepted my tip. In the past I have received subpar haircuts. I always had to trim it up a little afterwards, but I am easy going. No big deal. But now I will never step foot inside Great clips again.

My son asked for a fade with a hard part same as he has always gotten then the lady cut a Mohawk! Then tried to argue with me that that is what a hard part is. I am very upset. My poor son was too upset to say anything, and broke down into tears when he stepped outside. Absolutely ridiculous. My husband had to go back and grab out diaper bag and they were all sitting talking disrespectfully. Outrageous. Needless to say we will NEVER give them any of our business again.

My cousin went in for a hair cut. The system they have in place for getting customers in a chair and out the door is ridiculous...the wait was long and when customers who made an appointment on line did not show up at the scheduled appointment time they would not be skipped, even if there were people waiting in the lobby for 45min... My cousins hair cut was great but might I suggest a more productive system to get your customers in and out the door...

This was the worst haircut Ive ever received. The woman was clearly untrained and sloppily hacking away at my hair. She gave me bangs (which I definitely didnt want) and had to ask another stylist to help blend everything. When I got home and brushed it through I could see all the pieces that were left out and not cut along with the rest of my hair. I went in to get my dead ends trimmed and I ended up still having all the dead ends and bangs.

Ive been going to Great Clips since it opened 8 years ago and have always received my haircut without incident. I always check in on the online app, especially when I need to run errands. Ive had multiple people there cut my hair and have always had good results. As for Jamie Powell, Great Clips stylists do not turn you away from the mirror at all. So that is a lie. Great Clips is a very FAMILY-oriented salon. I love Great Clips!

Took 3 of my kiddos there tonight. I was going to take my other 3 tomorrow. Nope. Not happening. I had to make one lady dry my daughters hair. And then ask her again to completely dry it. My son got a crappy medium fade. I say that, Cuz its not faded and the top is sticking out past the fade. And my other daughter supposedly got layers. If thats what you wanna call it? Ugh. Cant believe I paid for all that.

Rudest people in town!! Aloof, curt, unfriendly and definitely Corporate Oriented. They ruined my hair, period. Had to go to an expensive stylist to fix a simple cut that I have had other places do in minutes. I actually cried when I turned to the mirror. Horrible, horrible experience! I can only wait for my hair to grow out, that..and find some hats to wear...

I have been using this Great Clips for several years now. I felt that it was time to leave a review. All of my haircuts here have been done with great quality and care. The staff here is excellent and great at their trade. To top it off Great Clips new on-line check-in has made it so convenient. Highly recommend this place, I will be back!

Staff was friendly. Son got a good haircut, but lady did NOT know how to cut my daughters hair. Long straight hair. Nothing difficult. Just asked for trim, a few long layers and frame her face. Very disappointed!

This location had only 1 person working at 5 pm. They had 9 people on the screen waiting. Saw 3 people leave including me. Seems like this is the time you want the bulk of your employees working.

If it wasnt the only place open I wouldnt be here. At least they had a cheap shampoo to go with this cheap experience. 20 dollars buys a better cut and experience anywhere else.

Terrible service. Hours are supposed to be through 9pm. But they stop taking names before 8:30.
