I checked in online. Upon arrival at the shop ,the fat boy behind the counter attempted to check me in. He was apparently confused because my wife and I have the same last name. He asked if I was "Barbara". Really!!!! He said he would have to change something in the computer to check me in. That seems very strange because I check in at the Lake Worth shop about every month with no problem at all.He told me to take a seat. There 3 stylist all with customers . I was the only customer waiting. All three stylist finished at about the same time. I figured I was about to get a quick haircut and go about my business. Guess again!!!! One stylist started cutting fat boys hair. Another was sitting on her butt on the counter counting her money. The third was gabbing with the other two and totally ignoring the "paying customer". Somebody needs to explain to these people that without paying customers they would not have a job. I got my hat and left. I agree with the other reviews---TOTAL CHAOS. i WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!

Horrible. Unorganized staff at check in. They butchered my sons hair cut, and when I voiced my concern, they deflected responsibility and blamed it on a picture in a magazine. Who does that?? Plenty of other options out there; dont waste your time here.

I asked for my daughter to have two inches cut of her hair and thats all. She ended up cutting off 5 inches of it and putting layers in her hair. My daughter came home crying because she hates the way it looks
