This was not a good experience. I called to ask about getting a shampoo and blow-dry as well as a pedicure, they said the wait would be 15 minutes. I came in and was seated at the shampoo chair and waited 25 minutes. An older gentleman came in and nobody greeted him so he asked if someone could cut his nails. I was up next so to be polite I offered to let him go ahead of me since it wouldnt take but a minute or to. Hannah thanked me for that, and then wet my hair and offered an eyebrow wax. The eyebrow wax was exactly as I asked and was not painful. The problem came with the shampoo and blow-dry. I had to tell her three times that the water was really cold, then after spending maybe 20 seconds massaging in the shampoo, it was rinsed out and we headed to the chair where she put a leave in conditioner in. After the blow-dry was complete I looked in the mirror and my hair was completely flat and slick and looked completely greasy. It didnt even move from being brushed back when I tilted my head sideways. I told her my hair still looked very dirty and she said "no it looks beautiful. I put conditioner in it." I said it doesnt look good again, that it looks dirty and again she said "its the conditioner." I said I just want to leave, Im not happy. She then asked me for $30. I corrected her that the $10 wax plus the $15 wash and dry was $25 and I gave her my credit card. The next woman was ready to do my pedicure but I told her I was leaving because Im unhappy with my hair and Hannah wasnt offering to fix it. She spoke to Hannah who agreed to "rinse it out." So Hannah and I went back to the sink where again the freezing water was run over my hair and she only intended to rinse it. I told her no, I wanted it shampooed. Very roughly she then shampooed my hair and this time used absolutely no conditioner. She then did not blot but aggressively rubbed my hair, creating rats and tangles in hair that had been perfectly tangle free but greasy previously. Back in the chair to blow dry it sure proceeded to brush my tangles out by starting the brush at the top of my head and yanking out the brush, pulling out large amounts of hair. I asked her to stop and insisted on brushing my hair myself starting at the root and working my way up the way every single long haired girl knows that it should be. She then grabbed a second brush and continued brushing although I asked again for her to stop. Once I got most of the tangles out she began to blow dry pointing up, creating tangles again. I said if she was just going to be rough Id leave and she said no, shed stop. Finally once my hair was dry I looked down and my shirt, slacks, and the brush were covered in hair that had been pulled out, and one ratted up section was even still hanging from one side. I was in tears during half of this process because it was hurting and she refused to stop. I am disabled and couldnt reach my crutches and felt trapped and assaulted. I have posted a photo of one chunk that had come out and there were easily eight or more like it. Be prepared to be roughly handled if you bother to let Hannah know youre dissatisfied. I will not be back. I rarely complain about things and always give a business a chance to make it right. I will be contacting the owner in the morning to let them know what happened, and I will update the review to let you know their response. The other employees were very polite, and if you do try this salon I recommend asking for anyone else.

I have been going to this mail salon for a few years now on a regular basis. The service I have received has been just mediocre. They are not the best doing nails but they are not the worst either. I think their prices are a little high but that is because they have no competition very close. The only reason I have continued to go there is simply for convenience. It is very close to my house and that is the only reason. After the experience I had this last Friday I will no longer be going there. I wont go into detail but while I was there getting my nails done another customer that was also getting her nails done started verbally attacking me with very abusive language for about 20 to 30 minutes. The manager, Mi, was sitting with a client in the same room and didnt do anything to diffuse the womans outburst and continued to let it go on. In fact the manager told her client that I was late to my appointment and that client came over and validated this abuse the woman was inflicting upon me. So in essence the manager, Mi, just added to a real bad situation. The womans attack on me was so unwarranted that I was completely shocked. I almost considered calling the Justin Police to diffuse the situation and make sure I could get to my car safely, thats how bad it was. If I owned a business I can guarantee you that I would never have that kind of management running it for me.

The worse unsanitary nail salon I have ever been to. Uneven manicure and woman didnt care to fix it at all . Not to mention the tools she tried to use on me were not clean . Shop was dirty everywhere. I will never come here again.

I ve only been there once but I was very satisfied with my nails and pedi. The prices were a bit high but it was totally worth it. I will definitely go back.
