Been a regular customer for the last year, and had no issues. However today after going back due to have my right sides re-done for the first time (realized one side was longer than the other, receipt mentioned that if you are not satisfied they will redo or return your money if you come back within 7 days) I was met with a question of "why didnt you come earlier, and we dont cut your hair shorter for free" in a very rude tone.." Even after mentioning that my right side was longer than the left, the lady thats been cutting my hair along with the other staff were accusing me of wanting to cut my hair shorter since it grew.. (Seriously how much can it grow in a few days..?) when that was not the case. Extremely poor treatment of loyal customers and seems if they mess up your hair and you come back within 7 days, you are falsely accused and they literally spent less than a minute to redo my hair with deep sighs and with the worst attitude. I believed that the employees here were quite kind, but realized today all they care about are TIPS and nothing more.

I never gave a review to saloon bcoz i feel they are doing there job . But this was special the lady MarGie was exceptional . I do have some particular number on my hair and wanted her to do . But she was insisting that it would be odd. She showed me bit high later deprecated a bit a bit. It was like a sculpture making a idol. She was perfect inch by inch . She was top of it . First i felt she talks a lot but that her profession and she made by cut pleasant time. She takes her time but that is perfect . I would go for ever to this store until she does work :) Second review...This time I went to sunday with an appointment taken at 3:45,,, went there at 4:15,,, they cancelled it because it was over 30 min,,, They had 2 people so had to wait almost 40 min,, then came Marie . I was almost fuming but her questions made me happy. Because she knows what she is doing. I never had a hair stylist such a care on the hair in my whole life. I would recommend Marie if u guys want to go.

I was here for a hair cut on 6/26/17 at around 4.30pm CT, the lady who did my hair cut was a real rude person with a lot of attitude , no politeness no respect what so ever to the customer , I asked her what the shortest hair cut was and she literally made that attitude face and told me its a 0 for a shave off, comeon if it was for a shave-off I could have done it home, and in the most impolite manner suggested that I get a hair cut every 4 weeks instead of 8 and that my hair was very thick, she routinely made comments that I was turning my head making it difficult for her to do he job, yes I completely understood that and repeatedly said sorry. Anyhow if at the very least she was polite and respectful, this would have been a completely different story. Never again to this place.

I can not speak to their services because as I entered this morning to get a hair cut I was greeted with "What do you want?" I stated a haircut. Then the one woman working began to inform me how many people were waiting (which I could clearly see) and that she had an appointment in 15 mins. She did not want my business. I highly recommend if you are going to have one person coverage to teach that one person how to handle these things. As a retail manager her service skills are non existent. I was going based on the great reviews. I doubt I will try a second time. Plenty of other business to choose from.

Maria is really good, lety is by far the most incompetent, absolutely clueless hair stylist in the world. If you are getting a haircut by her I highly recommend suicide before the haircut, Im not exaggerating like at all she is horrendous. It costs 2 dollars to request someone I highly recommend you take it unless you want to ruin your life. Fun Fact my hair was So bad after her haircut I went fully bald and I shaved my hair myself and even that was better than her.

What a great combination...its cheap (good in these tight economic times), and theres usually a coupon somewhere. But you dont get a cheap haircut...you get a good (or even excellent) haircut without dipping into your savings. I have gotten my hair cut by Marjie twice and both times she did an excellent job. I get a medium hair cut and she knows how to use the scissors like no other. I have tried different places around Austin before and noone takes the amount of time like she does for her customers. Im glad I have found my go-to hair stylist in Austin!!

Been a customer for 3 years or so and the manager does an awesome job keeping the place decorated according to the season. Great staff, awesome customer service and the app makes it so much easier to sign in ahead of time to avoid the long wait. Esther is my stylist of choice and is always busy.
