RUDE!!! Rachel is straight ghetto. Upon requesting to get service, she stated that she was the only one there and it would be a while. So I said "okay thank you" and did my hand gesture as in a "dont worry about it" then she gets all defensive and starts mouthing "You aint got to get an attitude" So I quickly turned around and said "I wasnt getting an attitude I was telling you not to worry about it" And she says "well you put your hand up" And I said "exactly! To say not to worry about it so if you want me to get an attitude I can!" Then she started mouthing something and at this point I was already frustrated and wanted to say so much more but I was carrying my infant with me. So she ended it with a sarcastic "have a nice day maam". I said "you do the same, since you do have to work today". Mind you, I said this because she gave off that impression that she had to come in on a day she wasnt supposed to. As I walked off, she said something but I didnt hear her clearly and I kept walking because I did have somewhere to be and I wasnt going to stand there and argue with someone who doesnt promote customer service. I called the store and learned that she was the actual manager. So yeah, thanks to her, I will never resort to these shops again and just go somewhere I am used to going even if time is running out.

Im a former cosmetologist instructor/stylist. Im very picky about who does my hair. Rachael the manager is the best. She has been doing my hair for a year. My hair is the healthiest it has ever been and is growing. Ive had her numerous services from eyebrow waxing, deep conditioning services, trim my ends, cornrow braids, flat ironing, wet sets, and chemical relaxers. Cant comment on the cuts, but can comment on the customer service. These ladies are lovely and obliging. I was needing some cranial assistance urgently and they phoned around and helped find me somewhere with a slightly complicated list of requirements. Their recommendation was A+, as was their not even a customer service.

Worst experience ever! I have chemical burns and red and orange hair! Management refuses to give me money back. When asked for corporate number, I was given a sex hotline number!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!
