My most recent haircut at this location was the last one. Most rude hair cutter I have experienced in a long time, she went to work with clippers as if she wanted to rip my scalp off. Unbelievable. Stay away. Used to take my kids, but the hair cut quality is average at best for clippers (me), hack job when it comes to scissor cut.

I was in and out super quick. Alda greeted me when I walked in and ended up being the one who gave me my haircut. I got a graduated bob, and she did a FANTASTIC job. It is probably one of the best haircuts I have ever had, and all for a very easy to swallow $14.

I had worst experience at this particular branch at research Blvd. she speaks to customer in very rude manner and did not accepted the online coupon. She said she accepts coupon only in paper.. I will visit other branches but not this branch
