I have been getting my haircut at various SportClips locations for several years now and this one is, by far, the worst. I walked in and no one greeted me. I was the first in line to get a haircut, two ladies had finished with their clients a minute or two after I signed in, and I waited half an hour. Still, either lady had not swept their area yet, so I could tell I was still a while from being called. I left. I wish more Americans had standards.

Asked the hispanic girl at station 7 for a fade...apparently she doesnt know what that is... After having her try to fix it once, I decided to settle with the mushroom look and try to fix that and the "ducktail" / mullet look in the back when I get home or go somewhere else and have them do it. Pretty disappointed seeing that this is more of a mens type hair salon...

DO NOT GET A HAIR CUT HERE. Gave me a lesbian hair cut and then refused to fix it 3 days later. They said because "I wasnt in their system" I said maam I dont have control over your system but the girl who cut my hair is standing right there. They said sorry we can help you.

Haircut by Stylist Lucy was exactly what we described. Reward card. Easy to sign in, wait time quoted in real time in a screen. Easy to pay. Plenty of entertainment. Great product available and prices more than fair :)

Great customer service. But the owner quit giving out the rewards card. Very disappointed. Not worth driving there anymore. Get the rewards card back, and we will go there again. Havent been back in 2 years.

It was good and the customer service was great. On Sundays be sure to get there when it opens, it can get pretty busy. By getting there as the door opened I was in and out in 20 min
