I signed up for laser hair removal. The 1st session was a breeze - it did not hurt at all. I have had laser hair removal from Smooth Solutions in SA before and I had to use numbing cream and it was still very painful. I DID explain how I had several sessions already in that area so Im not sure if the laser was turned down since the hair was already thin or if it really is just a nicer laser machine :)) I plan to do more areas if the machine is THAT GENTLE!!! She explained to me that its a more advanced, up to date machine and uses a different light than the older models - so that makes the pain much less. When I had laser preformed a few years ago - I could always smell a burning smell; then felt pretty sunburned for 24 hours in the area lasered. I had non of that this first session. groupon pricing is great - makes me wonder if its a get what you pay for type of thing - but its worth a shot. The girl was very nice through the whole thing, I was very comfortable. Conveniently opened on Saturdays as well. This spa offers other procedures I plan to look in to and will then update my review!

The staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. Dr. Shah is amazing at what he does. I did Coolsculpting after I had a baby and after 4 weeks my stomach and love handles were smaller than before I even got pregnant! They use ZO Skin Health by Dr. Obagi which is the best professional skin care line out there! Check them out, you wont regret it!

I had the worst experience at this spa. I didnt see any results from my cool sculpting. I contacted the manager numerous times only to be told "it is what it is." Dont waste your money here! They dont back their products! And their products dont work. They are a joke.

Dr. Shah and Valerie are fantastic! Very professional, friendly clean environment. I recommend to anyone who is interested in microdermabrasion, micro-needling or PRP treatments. They are top notch :)
