Toni is AMAZING, she is exceptionally talented, informative and knowledgeable. She is also perhaps the sweetest individual I have ever meet, for sure in the top 5! I have extremely thin hair, like so thin I had given up on my hair. I went once a year (maybe) to get it cut and never had any hopes for it. I wore a wig for a few years but it is just too hot for that!! So I went in apprehensive at best and stayed that way most of the appointment. Toni was always positive gave me ideas how to help my hair (it is genetics so there is no permanent solutions). We decided to go with a crown enclosure. Toni met me on her day off at the beauty supply store to get what I needed then again on her day off met me back at the salon and installed the enclosure. She really is a magician as well as a beautician. I would highly recommend here to anyone struggling with thinning hair. Being totally selfish, I really had mixed feeling about telling yall how great Toni is because she will get busier and be harder for ME to get in. But trying to be as exceptionally kind as she is I am letting you know. Try her, you will like her!!

Its best to make an appointment. They do walk-ins, but youll have to make time to wait. I loved my experience with my hair stylist, Stacey. She had listened and saw what I wanted, and kept my hair the longer side to make room if I wanted my hair shorter. I will definitely come back again, and recommend. They do all hair (coloring, styling, etc) and eyebrows. They do NOT do facials or nails. *edit: I tried to show a good before and after with my pics, but currently having a difficult time posting it properly. Picture is not accurate, as it may be showing the "before".

I used to enjoy going to this place, however they never have anyone working there. Past 3 times Ive gone there now-my son and have been turned away because there is only one stylist and they stated it would 45 minutes to 1 hour for a haircut with only one customer in the place. Worst customer service ever.

I wouldnt even give it one star. Ive been going there for a couple of years had no problem until I took my daughter there to get her hair cut and she got head lice. I also noticed that a lot of the other stylists were not there anymore. A lot has changed thats for sure. I will never go back again.

I have had 4 great cuts on a row with dufferent stylists each time. They have improved wuantity of staff which was a problem before. Do call agead as they can get crowded at times. Better cut than the clip places.
