Unfairly treated today and they just lost two costumers (me and my son). I spoke to their supposedly supervisor/manager on duty but I was given sorry excuses. My son and I walked in to get our haircuts and requested the service of a certain stylist. The stylist was available for us at that time but we werent told that there is this dude that came in before us but went out then came back while the stulist was doing my sons hair. The receptionist came and ask me if it was okay for the dude to go infront of me but I told them "sorry" for I have an appointment to go to and to make my haircut quick, instead of getting an MVP haircut, Ill just get the varsity. At the end, the stylist took the dude instead of me and I told them that wasnt fair. They should have made the dude waited after I finish mine for the dude should have lost his waiting spot when he walked out of the area ...discrimination may come into play for the dude is a different race. smh!

Terrible!!!! Dont go here unless you want to look like you got attacked by a weed eater! I took my son in on 8/22 for his back to school hair cut. He had a longer cut they cut it down on one side and left the other long. The worst part was that she brushed it over to the "better" side of her masterpiece so I didnt notice until he washed his hair that night. Ive tried to brush it different ways to try to make it work but it just not happening. This has to be the worst haircut hes ever received by anyone EVER! I will never go here again.

First the manger of the store cut my son hair and whitewall him and di not even offer the money back for doing a bad haircut. Customer service, not so sure its there, maybe go eleswhere. Asked for the store number and was given the wrong one twice, two different numbers. This location is owned by a retired military member too, this is service and integrity...is a not!!! Did not even get a receipt!!! Go somewhere else, be warned.

Terrible service . All the women seem to not like their jobs. If youre in this industry , fake a smile and know how to build rapport. My husband and I walked in, girl is on the phone talking about how her vacation was denied , not to mention she doesnt even say hello. Not friendly , wouldnt recommend it. The haircuts are not even that great . Drive to New Braunfels! Better service , quality people .

Took my 14 year old to get a haircut @ the Cibolo location and she did a horrible job cutting my sons hair. My sons hair is a little long on the top and now one side is alot shorter than the other side. It was like she didnt even know how to cut his hair bc she kept asking for help from another employee. Thanks now to go try to cheer up a 14 year old that doesnt even want to go to school now.

Great service and attention to detail! Abigail took her time, and gave me exactly what I asked for, a cut that was not drastic. I did not want to look as if I had gone from full set of hair to military cut. If you value your haircut time, which I do, its worth the VIP package also. Finally, a barber shop that doesnt rush and gets it right.
