Talented and friendly stylists, but management is dropping the ball. Since the TGF across the street closed, there is routinely a 60-90 minute wait, and it seems that theres rarely more than two on shift at a time. Between abusive customers and a high traffic location, this is a very stressful environment for employees and management needs to redouble their effort in regards to satisfaction and retention. Pay raises, better bonuses, or both. Theyve got all the business in a prime location, so they can definitely afford it, and having so few stylists on hand - even skilled ones - is causing frustration.

This place is a NIGHT MARE, 2 recent bad haircuts by Britney who is supposedly the "manager". Came into the shop on a Tuesday around 12:30 and I was the only customer waiting, there were 2 hair cutters, one of them announced abruptly that she was going to lunch and told me I would have my hair cut in 10 minutes. As I was waiting a woman came in with 3 kids for hair cuts and I was told that she had made an "appointment" online and that I had to wait and I left for the last time. The place is a mouse house=C Nelson

I occasionally go here to get a haircut, but not anymore. They always want your phone number which I will not give out. In the past, giving them just my name was good enough, but not anymore. Today I was told that I could not get a haircut unless I gave them my phone number, "That is the rule". Guess collecting phone numbers is more important than selling haircuts, makes me wonder what they do with those phone numbers.
