My son hates haircuts, I found a really nice girl to cut his hair at this Floresville Fantasic Sams. She cut it just the way he likes it, today I had to get a man named Ricki to cut it. I showed him a pic of my son after the last haircut and he was not able to do it. When I asked him to keep cutting he went and asked the other stylist that cut it the first time to come look at it, he had a horrible attitude and asked her to cut it as if he didnt want to deal with my son. I became angry and asked him to please not get an attitude with me in front of my son, its bad enough my son hates hair cuts. This man argued with me until I just got my son and left he screamed at me across the room and made sure he was going to get the last word. I will never walk in there again!!!!!

I went for highlights. The lady doesnt explain the process not how long it sits before washing nor the time the toner stays on before rinsing. She didnt even know how to mix the toner. She had to ask 2x but when the time came she ask someone to mix the toner for her. She didnt put a thermal protection on my hair before blow drying. She straighten my hair and almost burned my scalp. I asked her to trim long layers. And she trimmed my hair straight across and I did not ask her to do that nor asked it I wanted to keep my V shape length. I am very disappointed in my experience.

No longer A customer

If I could give zero stars, I would. This location is awful, the employees including management are rude and have zero customer service skills. They constantly have an hour plus wait time no matter how many employees are working, and there are constantly employees sitting in the chairs in the back playing on their phones while there is an overflowing waiting area. They have a hard time managing even simple haircuts. Employees will talk loudly amongst themselves belittling customers to the point that customers will up and walk away. This place is awful.

I have a fantastic hair stylist her name is Rachel Billingsley is great. It took me a while to get someone to do my hair the way I like it. She knew what kind of color I needed. She makess me feel beautiful everytime I leave fantastic Sams. And every once in a while a women needs that. Thank you fantastic Sams thank you Rachel. I gave found a stylist I am going to keep coming back..

Called to see how busy they were, and the Lady said "We dont give out wait times over the phone." and hung up... Seriously?!! I called back , she said she WAS the Manager named Trish,and if I had a complaint that SHE would take my information and pass it along to the owner....Never ever going there again or taking my family..

Worst place ever, my son looked like a two year old cut his hair when he left here, had to take him to another salon to get it fixed and now I have paid almost $30 for an 11 year olds hair cut, DONT GO HERE!!!

Everyone is nice and does a fairly good job, the only big problem is the wait time often exceeds 1 hour, id rather go to the hair place at Walmart.
