Wished I had read the reviews. Before my daughter and I came to this place... I walked in with hair 4 inches past my bra line. Asked for 3 inches off with layers. Instead my hair is choppy, uneven and 7 inches shorter than I had asked for! Looks like a five yr old cut my hair. If you dont know how to do the cut I asked for just say I cant do it. No hard feelings. I am beyond unhappy! My daughter is crying her eyes bc she already had shoulder length hair , wanting to grow it out. She asked for a trim. Her hair is uneven and choppy. Now she will have to get shorter hair to get it fixed. School starts in a few weeks. These girls dont know how to cut womens hair! Mens hair they do great. They cut my husband and two sons hair all the time.

Took my son here for a simple, short-on-top, shorter-on-the-sides haircut a couple months ago. When the stylist was done, he had a spot on top that was obviously much shorter than the hair around it; I pointed it out to her, so she snipped a little here and there, but didnt do much to fix the mistake. I was dumbfounded by the horrible quality of the haircut. I just paid the $14ish dollars and took him home and re-cut it myself (much better after that), astonished that somebody could have paid tuition to be trained to cut hair, but still be so bad at it. The reason for 2 stars is that they have other stylists whose work quality I cannot attest to, and I will not be back to try it.

Signed in, was told the wait was about 10 min, waited 25 minutes. Someone walked in & said they just signed in online and took priority over me. 4 employees and not one of them even addressed me. Basically just ignored me and proceeded to see that person. Just letting me know what was going on would of made me stay and wait but no common courtesy for your walk ins, then why take them? I would of signed in online too while waiting to secure my spot in line if Id known thats how they do business. Not returning or referring.

I went in and had Skye do my hair. She did a great job. I went from a brown/blonde to a very blonde. After my first appointment it was pretty yellow and I was bummed about it so she had me come in the next day and she toned it again free of charge. Now I love it. I will be going back to her for sure. :) I would suggest calling ahead to avoid wait time. They are pretty busy.

Have been here three times now. I always ask for the same person (Denise). Im never disappointed with her work. She takes her time and is done when Im satisfied. I will continue to go there as long as she is there. Thanks Denise!

Got a 5:30pm appointment on a Monday, still wasnt called by 6:15pm. Another time stylist told me the first the takes off when she gets home is her shoes, then her bra! Eew

I signed the list at 2:30 and the 3 oclock appointments took priority over me. Its 4 pm at the moment and i have not even gotten my haircut done yet.
