This one star review isnt for Great Clips as a whole. Its for the terrible stylist named Monica. I usually dont go back with my teenage son when he gets his hair cut but the look in his face let me know he was not happy with the way things were going. She argued over the length and the style even after I showed her a picture of how he likes his hair cut. Not only was she condescending, she made a point of spraying me in the face with her water and blowing the loose hair onto me. And no, I was not so close in her work space she didnt have a choice or that it was unintentional. Shes simply an angry person who had a problem with me making sure she cut my sons hair the way he wanted instead of the way she wanted. Bottom line, go to this Great Clips but make sure you dont get Monica.

I went and told the lady what i wanted done. Which was simple, but the lady said she had no idea how to do it and soent 14 minutes looking it up on her phone. Then started asking the other ladies what to do. I got up and left, there is no way Id let someone try to do something they so clearly dont know how to do. This wasnt the first time i have had problems with this place. I also dont like hearing the workers make fun of the previous customers before me. They dont wipe down there equipment before using it. I could go on but eh whatever dont waist your time on this place.

Reservation system did not work. I showed up expecting to be seen soon after arriving, but they said my reservation was deleted after one hour, though the wait time the system told me was 70 minutes. I showed up after 65 minutes to make my 70 minute show time, but they said I was too late and must wait till after everyone else got seen. I said I dont have to do anything they say and simply left. They probably could gave done something about this 5 minute discrepancy with their system, but they dont care and lost a customer for life.

My family and I have been going here for over a year now and absolutely love the service! We get our hair cut by Ross and were in and out of there and all of us look FAB! The best part, is he is now cutting my moms hair and none of the other hair dressers ever listened to her and would just cut her hair the way they thought she would like it. But not Ross, he actually listened and cut her hair and she loves it!! Thank you Ross for all your greatness and for taking such great care of my family and I!

I have had an issue with this location in the past. Decided its been a while so Ill give it another go. I went in just wanted to get a trim and clean up my bangs. All started off well started trimming the back working her way to the sides. She did nothing to my bangs or the frame of my face. Then when I get home and fix my hair I see this lady has cut one side shorter than the other. I will not be returning or recommending anyone to this chain.

My daughter went in for a TRIM and the man chopped off over 8 inches of hair. She had a picture - guess he cant "read" a picture; she pointed to the end of her hair for length limit; she even described her desires - no good. I called to complain - the guy hung up on me - after calling me and my daughter liars. I wouldnt pay them to take out my garbage now. Save your money and wrestle with your favorite weed wacker - it will look better.

I went in for the first time last sunday. I got waited on right away. Lori was the hairdresser and was very nice and helpful. I was very uneasy about getting my hair cut in a new place. Lori did the best hair cut I have had in years! She washed it, cut it and hand dryer it for a good price. I will make this my to go place for hair cut and always get lori.

I dont know which Monica your are talking about for there is two of them! I have out lived 3 barbers and 2 have retired on me. Having tried "several" butcher shops, I found Monica Molina at the Schertz location. She has out performed all hair butchers I have tested over the last 2 years. Great lady and a very good stylist, barber etc:

Was a walk in customer, when we gor there we were 2nd in line on the computer screen with the person listed in front of us as a on line check in,. As we waited 4 others came in all were said to be online check in, and all four were served before us. Went from 2nd in line 6th. Why would a walk in customer be ask to sit 45 min.

Terrible expirence, the staff was extremely rude and not personable at all. The messed up my sons hair the day before our family portraits. This is the second time we have had issues with this location. We will definitely be going to a different company from now on.

Had been going here for years, but today went for a bang trim and left looking like I tried to cut my hair myself. Was overcharged...$13 for a bang cut when it is normally $4. Will never be returning.

Nice and friendly, the online check-in is a nice feature. It was a pretty busy day, but I didnt wait long. Plenty of stylists working. Cant beat it for the price.

If you want your hair cut the way YOU want it...go see Ross at this location. Hands down, one of the best stylist in the area. Takes pride in his work!

Filthy. Hair everywhere! Hair at the cashier counter. Hair all over the cutting booth areas. Floors. Looks like they never clean. Wont go back again
